I would have to say Energy Storage and Divine Favor...
Energy Storage with Ether Prodigy gives TONS of energy... And if the energy is used for healing, it would be incredible.

Fast Casting and Divine Favor totally. Imagine how much easier soloing (especially UW) would be for a Me/Mo!

How do you like my massive critical damage, plus armor penetration now? Add a Sundering Axe, and there's a ton more damage.

Duh! expertise and Energy storage, can you say MASSIVE amounts of energy? and very very little energy to cast, this would make for the ultimate long battle/endurance elementalist. Otherwise I like the expertise/divine favor or divine favor/energy storage ideas.

While using a zealous dagger(high energy pool, and skills that cost like 2 points) Along with 1energy per hit

Fast Casting and Divine Favor... maybe... I don't care, I'd never really have enough points to invest in two

and people, you need to realise strength is the most useless primary attribute and is barely worth investing points in most the time
