Yea, I realized that after I posted... sorry 'bout that
I still don't agree though... even if the 4 monk runes have gone up, how much other stuff of the game has dropped tremendously because of 55 monks and other solo farmers?

The important thing to remember is if you get rid of the 55 build, another will just come along. So if you are going to break the build to stop the 55 affecting prices, you will with that same logic have to stop all farming.

yes another build will come along but it will probably be less effective than the 55hp monk build. for all that the pvp people say "We love change! it prevents stagnation!" there are a ton of people here saying "oh noes dont change it!!!".
i'd also like to point out that just because the 55hp monk probably needs to be fixed into oblivion (i saw one other recommendation to make one of the main prot spells "target other ally" which i thought was a rather simple and innovative way to kill the whole build without affecting normal pve play) that doesn't mean that there is a problem with farming on the whole, per se. it sounds to me like the makings of a logical fallacy to say that "if you are going to break 55hp monk, you have to break all of farming". the statement is too expansive and overly dramatic.

It's so annoying when somebody complains about something like this LOL. Why in the #### should you care about the -55 item? If you don't want to have a 55 monk, fine, but if others do what business is it of yours? Thankfully, Anet hasn't listen to the whine of people like you, and I doubt that they will! What REALLY annoys me is N/Me's and I think they should be removed from the game (well, actually, only one).
If you're not a politician you should become one cause you sure got a bad case of wanting to control how everyone else lives!

God d@/\/\n grow up m8, This game is about teamwork during missions and quests after that why not make some virtual gold if you have a problem with it bugger off and let us play our game we want to play we paid for it you have nor right to tell not only Anet what to do but the players as well.

I'm sorry, but perhaps you'd care to tell me how 55 monks are ruining the game for me, because I cant say I noticed it myself.
And am I missing something here? You're up in arms over prices DROPPING? Now really, what is the sense in that. All that means is that people like myself have a better chance of being able to afford what we want. So from where I stand: 55 monks = good because they keep trader prices down due to overfarming, meaning the majority of PvE players can actually afford to outfit their character in something decent.
So, 55 monks stay. If they go, it will only create a hole in the economy, soon to be filled by the mistform invinci-ele or some other build to farm with. Even from your viewpoint, how will that change anything.
So basically, I fail to see the point of your arguement. You say they are ruining the game, but you do not give a single decent example of how they are destroying guild wars for everyone. If you ask me, the biggest problem in GW atm is that no-one will talk to anyone else in the game atm. When I started, it wasnt like that, people would talk in the towns and have fun. Now even I stick to my guild and a few friends because no-one else can be bothered to answer when anyone says something, unless it's to brand them a noob. At least, that seems to be the case in the european servers. This is supposed to be a team game, you say, but generally, there's a higher level of conversation in these 2 man UW TEAMS than there is in any outpost or town. How is one supposed to make a group when no-one will bother answering your call for one?

Except for the fact that some people actually use those spells on themselves in normal PvE and PvP play. So, no, it's not a "good" recommendation, nor is it really "innovative" at all. Shortsighted and and oblivious maybe, but not innovative or good.
I really wish PLAYERS would let the Anet guys do their jobs and stop the never ending whining.

Definately, if life throws something slightly bad at you, you get used to it, and work around it, not whine about it.
Though having said that, some people do. For anyone in the UK, read the letters page on teletext and you'll see what i mean .

i must admit i have a 55monk and havn't even used it in like ages lol, me and a friend have been doing 2man UW runs using W/N,SS/SV although it not as fast as a 55,ss/sv is works just as well and i don't need to worry about the nightmares. Even if anet every decides to remove/discontinue the -50hp item it doesn't mean ppl will stop running out of town to farm they'll just find new ways around it always have and always will but of course im sure u'll just start complaining about those builds then. When will ppl stop whining and let anet do what anet want to do.

if your PuG grp of 8ppl is having a hard time with the nightmare and aaxtees together then u must not have a very good grp there.

1) not everyone wants to spend 10 months saving for fow
2) 55hp monks really dont hurt you...
3) since necro tats not requiring shards was obviously bug, lets delete your FoW since it is the "bugged version"! hows that? is that fair?

Nice try, DarkGanni, but you've missed that the name of this game is FarmWars, and that the sole object of this game is to have more gold and godly gear than the others.
Besides, ANet doesn't need to remove the -50 offhand. All they need to do is place more mixed mobs. For instance, a single Heretic, ideally with a siege golem sidekick, outside the Droknars would stop all those bots & farmer cold.
