Inspiration Requirement
I recently recieved a Handsmasher from a very dead dwarf. I have been trying to sell it and have found a weird response. People have been posting they WTB the green inspiration items and then when i offer it in trade they see it has a domination requirement for damage and call me a noob. I try to explain that there is no such thing as a inspiration requirement weapon (not focus, weapon) in Guildwars and they proceed to start public chatting about how I am a scammer. This wouldn't be worth posting, except this happened to me 3 times today alone.
Am I wrong here? Are there secretly inspiration requiring wands or staffs that I have never seen out there? If there is please post a screenshot.

Garbok's cane is 20/20 inspiration, but dom. requirement. Perhaps that's the confusion.

Same with his staff. This is what I mean in fact. The requirement for damage is on the domination. As far as I know no weapons have a inspiration requirement.

There is no Mesmer weapon (not focus) requiring Inspiration or Fast Casting, no Monk weapon requiring Healing Prayers or Protection Prayers, no Elementalist weapon requiring Energy Storage, and no Necromancer weapon requiring Soul Reaping. Why people keeping looking for those, I don't know. It's not like you're wanding anything to death.

I see No Point in worrying about the domination, unless you are attacking anyways. which I find this useless with spell casters. Once in a PvP game I casted Empathy on a monk and they died by It, so why even bother attack if you get in such useless damage? The people you are selling it to must have been warriors or something before, but does the energy drop with it because the lack of domination points? I might actually want to buy this staff off you if you haven't already sold it because I've found it hard buying the other set

Savio said it all. If you're going to wand somthing to death with it just change your weapon to somthing you meet the requirment in...

Wanding can add some impressive damage sometimes, in GvG vs warriors!

It doesn't. If you look at staves, "Requires x Attribute" is on the same line as weapon damage, not the line with Energy +y. Rangers (particuarly rangers in UW trap groups) usually take staves with +10 (maximum base from a staff) +5 (max Insightful Staff Head) energy.
