The leader of my guild is way too trusting, and until recently made officer qualifications based solely on ability to recruit. Needless to say, we ended up with one REALLY BAD officer...
He started advertising if anyone wants to GvG so I figure, ok I'll go join. I get there and find out that he's LEVEL ELEVEN and he's using all four henchman and trying to get just 4 players to go in. I fortunatly was able to dissuade him from trying to GvG (by offering to skirmish with him). A few hours later, the leader was online. I notified him of what the officer was trying to do... He was promptly demoted and I was promoted to take his place :P
