Well, thats the point right there!.. you cant physically hold more than 100k, therefore you cant TRADE more than 100k, so when an Item has a perceived value that is much higher than 100k ie: Mini Pets then you can only use Ectos (being the highest value item in the game)

The trouble is, people are just not trusting enough to make several trades, imagine it...

[Buyer] get more plat..
[Buyer] Trade another 100 Plat

Yesterday I already saw the CE dragon for sale for 95K.
Just wait some time, and you can probably buy it for far less

Good for the ones who didn't pay for the CE and like to have the dragon

one thing i like doing is when you see an item selling for over 100k and then someone like me comes there and offers one for free.

come on its the same with weapons, if you have a lets saya:

chaos axe req 8 15>50 + perfect mode

now the prices for this items is crazy.
the weapon prices are realy stupid and very high. you just pay more then 100k for a good looking item so whay not for a good looking mini pet?
I dont see any diffrent between a collector weapon with max upgrade and a crystaline sword with max upgrade, ok they look diffrent but the monsters are not going to say:
"Holey S**T a gold max crystaline sword lets die faster"

A mini pet you get 1 for the first birthday so its very hard to have 1 now the most ppl dont have a character that is older then 10 months and you must be relaly lucky to get a rurrik or what ever.

I gues if its all about the looks every 1 can ask what ever they want, no matter how stupid it is.

If you don't like the price you just don't buy it and it will get cheaper *superior absorption* now less then 10k whay?? I didn't buy it

It's not even about value, it's about what would it take to part with your pet. I was offered 250K for my mini Charr Shaman and turned it down. No, I'm not sorry, what fun is 250K sitting in storage when I've got this cool little companion?

I don't disagree. It's the only way to trade high value, but it seems that people loose the plot a bit. Although people can check the value of ecto, it seems to me people, in their own minds, devalue ecto when they work out their +ecto prices. I mean, 100K +80 ectos to some people might not immediately look like 550K until they work it out!

I personally don't see the facination with them. Granted when I get one I will probably keep it (if it's something cool like a devourer) I don't even really mind people trading pet for pet (I'd probably trade mine plus a small amount of gold for a Devourer) but to those of you who are paying 100k+ for the things; you're insane.

these are just like the GREENS that people were getting as more of them get their gifts the less they will be worth. In fact I have three and I think that there are cool but I am not going ape over them, because in about six months everyone will have them.

Didn't really care about minipets til I got Mini Prince Rurik when I randomly decided to get on my warrior that I hardly play anymore. Minipets are a decent way for people who don't play much or have a lot of cash to make some quick and fast. Take advantage of the market to your hearts content if you come by something good. Still not too big a fan of it. Just more wasted storage space to me.

Minipets = Anet with a Pokemon complex.

Umm... the supply of CE mini does not change with people selling them. It is not like they can be farmed in game. The more people buy CE, the more CE mini-pets will be out there. It has nothing to do with the trading. They are as unique as the people who were willing to buy CE.

Well before mini pets I had ~150k and after buying and selling I have over 950k, and I still havent gotten my free mini pet, I got like 20 days to wait. So I freaking love these things. My first mil here I come.

Anyways I don't need the money and even if I did I don't think I would take advantage of the market like that.

Oh noes, 145kish please thats so expensiiiive. I think its a fair price for some of the effigis, they're not pets thats right they're effigis.Your character has to be one year old or the CE:FWF. The kuunavang shouldnt be sold for much at all due to its rarity. Although the other ones I think are worth something if you really have it hard for shiro

That wasnt the same one, the one in the thread wasnt sold. So don't blame me.

And as far as taking advantage of the market goes, if you sell anything for over 20k your could technically be taking advantage.
