I have 4 copies of the game because I love this game but you make it VERY hard to stay in tune with it. If your attacking the bot issue then watch the international accounts because most of them are international. Nerf thier crap or ban them but why make everyone suffer. I think it's damn rediculas to use the " MASS PUNISHMENT" theory.. for one.. it doesn't work it only PISSES PEOPLE OFF. I've had enough of the nerfing go screw up something else. .....
They need to make 55 entirely unplayable. 55 Monk never should have been makeable in the first place. The only reason it was creatable was because of an idiotic bug left in the game - the bonuses for runes don't stack, but the negative effects do. Monks do not have enough attribute lines to use enough different runes to get to 55, but they do if they double up on a single rune, doubling up it's negative effects. Bug.

Because this game is not made for solo....Therefore they should nerf all places so they cant be soloed...or not as easily...Anyone can solo with a cookiecutter build, make your own for once.

Why oh why oh why can people not get their head around the ANTI-FARM CODE??

Anet didnt 'nerf' anything, you have just farmed the trolls too much over a certain period of time.

Spend a day or two somewhere else and then go back to the trolls.

I get entertainment from farming not pvping and drops suck. I have killed sunreach 79+ times (thats going other places and using the theory of resetting the drops and also using 4 different characters) now and still havnt gotten his shield since they made green drops rarer. In all seriousness I could just go to my main farming spot and get 100k in 6 hours and buy the stupid shield instead but I am one for at least trying to farm the item for my character. I think anet is getting lame on all teh restrictions and suck drops. Also beat factions with 4 characters, have every skill in the game including all elites and so far only 3 greens. I remeber with sf I could get 3 greens in a day. Anyways I am not happy with whats going on.

i for one dont beleive ANY part of the map should be soloable... but thats me

i play these games online to play with others ... if i wanted to play by myslef id play local without the online.

i just dont get the appeal of the solo everything mentality. the only root of it i see, is greed. if you solo you get all the loot... i get that, as i said, greed

2 man teams, 3 man teams, etc... the game wasdesigned for up to 8 and we should need 8 to complete the most elite reas of the map, period

im sure ill get flamed alot more than the OP, but it wont change my mind so enjoy it

If farming's your thing, more power to you.

But don't you think the area is "broken" or poorly designed, if the intent is to be a challenging experience for a group of 8 lvl 20 characters and the reality is that it can be "soloed" by one lvl 20 character?

Ok.. I surely don't have to explain myself to anyone. 1st of all, I do plenty of HOH and GVG and PVP etc, I have a rank 7 account. Secondly I farm for our guild.. Perhaps you should try supporting your guild and not flame other people for ammusment. However, I would expect that from a juvenile.

I love farming, its what keeps me playing.

I agree with thread starter,stop nerfing.

I dont want your horrible henchies tagging along with me.I dont want a noob group of "real players".

So 1000 accounts were banned, 100 accounts were banned what 4months ago.Thats 1100 third party program uses gone,[maybe more not sure] big freaking deal!Take care or the REAL problem-botters.You know there's 10,000 at least using programs to farm while the player is AFK.

Iam tired of taking the heat for something someone else does-Iam not quilty of breaking any rules, dont punish me for what We Won is doing with his army of Mo/W's

If the negative effects of a rune are stackable with a rune of the same attribute, logically so should the positive effects.

Anet made so much succes with GW mostly for the games versatility. so there should be areas soloable, 55able, not soloable AT ALL, challenging, easy, whatever to keep people with diffrent interests staying online.

taking away the option of soloing and getting rich = forcing 50% of players to go play WOW or something...

honestly, i dont farm alot, i dont have time to. but when something new and that i want comes out, or i just want something new, i dont want to spend 2 weeks collecting pennies dropped by hydras... i want to have the option of getting it whithin few hours of intense farming, cuz otherwise its just boring and unpleasant to spend hours casting prot spirit+flame burst, to get...pfff

i just dont have time to do it, and even if i had... C'mon!

just because bots are screwing everything up, my game has to get more boring.

more farming = more boredom
less time farming= get item/rmorr/whatever faster= fun game

honesly, i dont paly i vid game to be bored, i rather wach tv then.. i hate getting punished because some1 elese is cheating, and notice, 1 night of 55ing, the boter still wakes up to 100k in inventory.

De-Nurf!!!

P-S: im a 55 ele, and i have 5 attribute lines. so im not vry scared of -hp rune bug getting fixed... technicly all the invinci monks will become invinci eles, and honesly, i had a 55 monk, and let me tell ya, ele takes down mobs much faster

Completly Correct

I have done pretty much every type of farming build from Solo to 5man Sorrows Furnace to 8 man B/P ToPK with all Guildies in all the builds because it's fun to do something as a guild group to help eachother out and talk in general with eachother on Ventrilo/TeamSpeak.

Not all Guild Wars players enjoy PvP, I personally hate every aspect of it and find 99% of the PvP'ers completly rude and immature.

but unlike the PvP hardcore people out there, my guild and I are 95% PvE we enjoy farming until the places we like to farm get nerfed. We farm to help eachother out, not too see how big our wallets can get.
