Default Terrain bugs, report or not?

OK, the Bring a Vampiric Weapon tread makes sense, but wouldn't it be better still to report the bug and try to get Anet to fix the damn things as well?
I know most of them are small and it only takes a second to go around, but the ones that cause people to get stuck are a real pain in the butt, and the henchies all seem to have 20 points in their 'Find Terrain Glitch' attribute.

A terrain glitch should definitely warrant a report to ArenaNet, because it can be a huge deal in most PvP gameplay (monk gets stuck = you loose, basically). It's very important that ArenaNet fixes these ASAP, and the more info they have to work with the better.
