ye noticed that, does all of them that wears it drops it or it just random if the one wearing the ice breaker drops it or not, i think they always drop, anyway a nice tip for those going for icebreaker:
all u have to do is to run up to them then you run through the whole bunch of mighty grawls, if anyone has ice breaker kill them, if not just restart the run until u see it!

Spinal Shivers only interrupts spell castings not the target on each hit which I think Anet should at least rewrite the description. Dwarven Battle Stance interrupts on each hit.

Ummm i done a few runs and havent gotten one ice breaker yet o.o
instead I farmed for an hour and bought one for 6.5k a few days back
I got it because it looks cool as all hell and
strength + hammer damage + hammer damage skill + conjure frost = FTW
I pissed off a lot of casters when doing 50 damage per hit with conjure frost or 70-80 when using some kind of hammer skill =) (i had high water magic)
Hmmm... maybe I should throw maelstorm into the mix to piss off casters even more....

Well, by this time you would expect all of them to be found, there arent many areas that dont get heavily cleared in the game, the ele green seems to be missing, id imagine if it was fire related it would be hidden around the fire isles, but peredition rock gets cleared often on elite caps and if it was hidden around the back of the fire isle missions im sure people woulda seen it by this time as lots more people go there now for the bonus completion.
I was thinking there could be something tucked away in ascalon, perhaps flame temple/dragons gullet, but i havent been to see myself.

maybe its just me, but it looks like they added 2 groups of kappa in the undercity. The room was filled with them and i had the feeling there were more than there were before.
kappas could be potential greendroppers:P

Lornar's Pass maybe? You can find bosses of all core classes there and it's certainly challenging enough for greens to drop there. Lornar's Pass has always been a rather useless zone (even though you can find an entrance to FoW/UW there and Droknar's Forge runs go right through there) and it's a large zone.

perhaps you haven't seen all the kappa before, since the kappa and afflicted tend to exterminate each other if their paths cross
