As with many mods, it's a situational thing. Any tank that has an affinity towards hammers certainly wouldn't mind taking this one with them for the Fire Islands missions. Serpents have enormous value as well, a 13% stance one went for 65 ecto a while ago.

Has anyone been sucessful with killing Rotscale duo? We can kill everything around him just fine, but cant do near enough dmg to even slightly wound him. What we do is typical 55 build with SS necro. Except that we get the necro 60% dp (superior runes work too), and let him tank. Monk is the key, setup is:
Shield of Judgement
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Healing Breeze
Protective Spirit
Mending
Essence Bond
Blessed Aura
Blessed Signet

Pretty much just stay barely in range of QZ, spam blessed signet for energy and keep SoJ, healing breeze, and prot up.

I have the necro tank, and try to keep blood renewal up. Don't forget you have to deal with 11 degeneration almost constantly. Necro can't really do much, its almost lucky to even get blood renewal up. But spiteful ect when you can.
