This is pretty cool... although I forsee a problem right off the bat.
You're going to get a million Dervishes who think they're billy-badass and charging mobs full steem ahead.
Oh well, maybe it'll take some of the hate off of Assassins

Not too excited about 2 more melee-ish classes, but anything new is a good thing. I wish that they had more info but it was good timing on their part... no more "I hate ANET" threads for now
And I still find it funny that people before speculated about a bare handed fighter just because the classes were shown without weapons...

How are they supposed to increase the difficulty of PVE?

Are you saying that you find the pve in both factions and prophecies incredibly easy? If so, try a smaller party, you'll find the difficulty increases quite substantially.

In my opinion, both of these are way better than the assassin or ritualist, I cant wait to try.

Your right there will be a million biblical names like Elijah and Hezikiah and Amos and Ezra and such.
I wonder if the armor for both the Dervish and Paragon will MAX at 70 like the assassin?

Maybe I'll name mine Jesus or Moses. :O
And Dervish will probably have 60 armor since its robes.
Paragon will probably be 70 since Anet wont want to replace tanks. Yet at least. D:<

Its a PvP preview event. If you were interested in PvP you'd have an extra slot to begin with. If they had a PvE event, then it would be dumb not to provide an extra slot or two.
But not very dumb.

I like the dye combo on the Dervish Armor. I hope they come up with some better armor options though. I dont hate them, but I dont really like them either.

YAY! I'm so excited whew... i've never been interested in more fighting classes warrior assassin.. ranger is okay but these look exciting and will certainly add more varity ^^ I think this will break the cookie cutter build as they say.. with these two classes the mix of classes in a party could change significatly .. this of course depending on how they work. Not sure which one I'll try first... probably the one people are playing the least... that's why i made a ritualist and loved it...
I've been dying for information so i'm so happy to see... not if i could get a sneeky peek at an area... at least the beta test will be sooner rather than later ! Yay~ It's revived my GW interest some.

I firmly believe...ANET jsut wanted to give me a good birthday present. Just like how you know, they're out to get you, yes you specifically, and make your life worse...they jsut happen to like me. : )
I'm thinking...Dirvish will be an Adrenal User, and Paragon will be energy based. I'm guessing that Paragon will have 3 pips of regen, and similar armor as a ranger. Dervish will have caster armor, and primary attribute will allow for the innate ability to evade attacks. This is my guess : )
Maybe I'll make one of each...

Factions had lots of level 28 mobs running around. If the players CANNOT increase in effectiveness, how are you going to increase the challenge level for Nightfall? Doesn't bother me if they raise the cap in the slightest, as long as it's balanced.

Do you see the promble if the strenght of weapons increase means all the item now will be unless.
I think they should let you have a 3rd job but u can only add half the att point in it also u can't bring 3rd job elite
