Right... SS triggers on attack not hit. So why does Barrage trigger 4 times when i hit 4 targets exactly? Same thing goes to Empathy? They hit multiple times in a single attack, yet trigger multiple times too.

Haha, no I was just screwing around; I read your post.
Thing is, I see what you mean but I just think it's slightly far-fetched. True, Dervishes can turn into Avatars and they can make gusts of wind but do you really think they look like druid rip-off material?
It's like saying the Ranger is a Diablo 2 Amazon rip-off because they're both use a bow. Resemblance, but a rip-off? Hardly.
Shapeshifting? Right, but no bear or wolf to be seen.
Tornados and command of wind? Does that make elementalists druids too?
I see the connection, but it's far from being a rip-off, in my opinion; but I did read your post though.
As for SS/Empathy triggering multiple times on Barrage, it's in the description.
Barrage: All your "Preparations" are removed. Shoot arrows at up to 6 enemies near your target. These arrows strike for +1-13 damage if they hit.
It's says you fire several arrows (one per target) meaning that you are actually attacking up to 6 times (hence the multi-triggering of SS/Empathy) unlike a Scythe attack which is a single attack that hits more targets.
