Hi, before i start i want to explain that i have posted this in this forum as although i read all (all i found anyway), the post here or dont post this here topics, i could not decide the safest place for this, so, general it goes.

I am the leader of a Guild Called 'Seniors', (European based), as the name suggests, we are not the usual wet behind the ears group of gamers, most are married and have children. We came together almost 5 years ago playing Medal Of Honour, the Call of Duty, Batllefield 2, Blitzkrieg, Counter Strike and now GW. We have a minimum age of 25, and have a lot of respect in certain 'worlds' due to our age and maturity that come with it, (reducing the chance of idiotic flame wars ingame and meaning we actually have nice friendly chats with people), we have never been 'top of the league' when it comes to gaming, we play simply for the fun of it and the comaradary (if that's the right spelling), of it all.
We have about 60 members aged 26-62 and our 'Guild' part of it all, has around 12-14 members of which 6-7 are very active on nightly.

Now, after that little life story, my point, if you're still awake, we are hoping to start playing some GvG and learning from it, having fun in the process, making new friends, and probablt taking a hell of a beating in the process. We have started farming faction and are LUXON.
What i would like, is to be involved in a friendly non pushy alliance, that's the problem, seeing people asking for alliances but you 'must farm 10k of faction a day', sorry, we have lives, work for a living, have wives who would leave us if we tried to move our house behind the pc, and have children that need their daddies, (and mommies), were not just guys.

Finding one ingame is becomming fruitless, and as Guru seems to have a good friendly community, i was hoping we could find an alliance in here, who is happy to have a 'slow' faction farming, friendly, helpful, play for fun guild in their ranks based on Euro servers.

We are on and off throughout the day depending on work shifts, but usually the bulk of our playing time is between 7pm and as late/early as 2am (me anyway). As we have kids, we have to sort them out, get them to bed etc first, which has actually made us late for matches in the past, but, it can't be helped.
