Second was a scammer

Went much the same as above, but he accepted the 100k without hestiation, but offered in trade a green and 100k (I think it was Millefauns staff) and asked whether I wanted it or the 100k.

I said cash, he resubmitted the trade screen, but with 100g. Like I was really going to fall for that

Jerk/scammer on ignore.

Btw, if anyone wants to know the name of the scammer, happy to provide in game...

There is a NPC to replay the movies.

Moreover, they will have another chance to see it when trying again because of loosing just after the movie due to lack of minions XD

I was in beacons getting a free droks run from a fellow guildie (this was two guilds back) and he was recruiting for the free run since there was only two of us. Well we get a full party but end up with 5 because someone was being disruptive. Saying "YOU'LL PROBABLY DIE INSTANTLY HEMO LOL!" (Hemotep being me) and "THIS RUN IS EZ" And crap. I hate that mess.

I couldn't give his username if I tried, i don't remember it. I did do a 300g run from yaks to borlis and the guy abandoned it. I added him so I'll be hunting him down

. If only he'll come online...

Indeed. It might be the first time the person has gotten to this cinematic.

Now, I'd have no problem with skipping a cinematic if someone asked the team to (politely) AND gave a valid reason. Telling everyone to skip it without saying how this will benefit the team probably won't get you far.

Let's see, i have a couple of jerk tales, one is a jerk from ingame, another is a jerk from the forums.
Jerk story 1:
I had bid something like 5k on a gold perfect smiting rod on the Guild wars Guru auctions. I met the guy ingame at lions arch and the trading went something like this:
Me: so you got my rod?
Jerk: yeah here you go
*starts a trade, but instead of giving me the rod, gives me some celestial crap which i didn't want*
Me: *cancels trade* I'm looking for my smiting rod i ordered for 5k, can you give me it please?
Jerk: Ok *does the same thing, stupid celestial stuff*
*this goes on for some time*
Me: I want my smiting rod
*this time offers smiting rod and i offer my 5k, but when i click accept he almost instantly cancels*
Jerk: oh sorry, i'm having problems (yeah freaking right) can we try again?
Me: Ok (at this time i genuinely believed it was probably an error, so i decided to give him another chance)
*tries again, jerk does same thing. this again goes on for some time.*
Me: fine, i won't buy it, you can keep your stupid rod *I head off to the xunlai agents to put back my cash*
Jerk: No wait, i think i got it fixed this time (like i'd believe him)
Me: No way, you're gonna screw around with me again, forget it.
Jerk: Please
Me: NO
Jerk: Pleease
*I go back to jerk and try once more, but again he does the same thing*
Me: Fine, screw you, i don't need your stupid rod, i already have one *i put him on ignore, and gloat as he haplessly tries to talk to me before I head back to the xunlai agents to put back the 5k he wanted to scam me out of*

I went into TA for the first time in a long time, and get random invited immediatedly (yes I know that doesn't usually turn out well) and we go in..
I see the a/mo use mending and Retribution, and go figure the first team is made up of iQ and Vibe members. :/

We all basically get owned in seconds, and naturally its my fault. Im bad I know, but we didn't have a chance anyway.

In general though, the majority of chestrunners are jerks.
1. those that demand res but don't use their own
2. People who drop items at a chest and trick people into opening them. (I stopped falling for that a while ago, but a lot of people still do.
3. Typically I include people who stand around waiting for someone else to open the chest jerks, but I'm usually included in that group as well.

I was in Altrumm Ruins as my necro to do the mission for a bit of extra faction, and it didnt take long to get a team together. We were all ready to go and when this was clarified the leader started the mission. "Fine, this is goin ok so far, everyone knows what theyre doin" I thought. In the minute or so you get before the real mission starts we decided we were goin to go left, from where we were facing, not through the portal. One of our monks, went straight to the portal, Murphy's Law... I asked him "Come out of the port, we're not goin that way", and "who made you the leader?" was the reply.
"I'm not, I'm only asking that you step out of the portal because we've decided we're not goin that way"
"stfu noob"
*Other party member* "Out of the port please*
(Of course, no reply to that person, cos in his mind I started what must have been in his mind a major argument)
The mission starts, he vanishes thru the portal, so we're down to one monk. Someone aggros another group by accident, and as a result I'm the first to die

After our team eventually got porked because he could only stay where he was and hurl pee weak insults we ended up back in town, where he continued his BS, and the leader of the group didnt hesitate to boot him out of the party.

I don't get why people like this don't see when it's plainly obvious it's their fault somethin like this happens. They all have IQ's of room temperature or somethin... This story's short and to the point, but there's lots more to it, and plenty of sweary words flyin around, he even bet me 200k that I wouldn't say what I said to his face in real life as a totally serious offer, but no one would need to do that to tell him he's a (insert bad words here)
