I'm going to try a dervish in the PvE event. If I can tank with them decently with one I'll use it in PvE. Otherwise I'm getting my warrior to save nightfall the WAMMO-WAY!

I'' most likely take my Assassin though first, simply because no one else will. Then my Ranger, Monk, and Warrior, then I'll make a Dervish or Paragon. Not a dead-set order, may change my mind in the next 2 months.

I'll try a paragon and a dervish. May or may not keep them depending. Most likely I'll also create most of the core classes so I can play through the starter area and see what quests they have to do. One or two of those may stick around, most likely the ranger. The others will be deleted. I plan to play through Nightfall mainly using existing Tyrian and Canthan characters.

I'm thinking Dervish/Necro should be an interesting combo.

Same here. I didn't make a new PvE chara for Factions, I just took my Prophecies Necro through it, but I'm thinking of making a new PvE char for Nightfall, a Dervish/Necro.
Or I might take my Necro through Nightfall :P

At first i was thinking P/W however I am now leaning on P/E and using wards with my shouts for back rank protection.
As for the Dervish.... I am still not over the assassin hate that happened. The biggest issue with the class was the inability to deal with death nova effects. Even this made good players look bad. Thus you made the Class a bad name even if you were a good player. I am not so sure the Dervish will fair much better. If I do make one I will try to get Assassin secondary as soon as I can for shadow skills AoD etc.

The problem with the sins was that they're designed to fight single opponents... but Factions PVE is pretty much one big KEKEKE (monster) RUSH. Afflicted Soul Explosion didn't help matters any, either...
On topic, I'm thinking of remaking the modified Pack Hunter I used during the PVP event...

I'm definitely going to make a paragon and have it be my new favorite character...then I'll probably take my assassin over and maybe my Factions monk if she's ready.
Dervishes...ew.

Planning to try both out. Maybe: D/Mo & P/W.
Not bad idea P/R for beast mastery if Nightfall have cool pets.

Gonna take my Tyrian Ele and Canhan Ritualist over first and finish the game with them.
After that... either bring my Warrior over as well or perhaps maybe a new character.
With three characters who I really like playing as and only 6 months between products I might content myself with just sticking with those three. Any new characters will probably be purely there just to see what it's like for a 'newbie' growing up in Nightfall.

Looks like Paragon/Ranger will be popular I just can't decide between P/Ra or Ra/P. A P/Ra will have Tiger's Fury, Ant. Sig, and a pet to use shouts and commands on.
A Ra/P will have Expertise, and all the above. I guess it depends on what I want my Primary to be, and if I'm going to want a high Spear Mast or not.
For Dervish, I have to try D/Ele. The armor enchants should be great, plus a little elemental damage on the side.
