Default Scythe Attacks and Skills

I was perusing through GuildWiki and was wondering, how do Scythes work with Warrior Melee Attacks? Would a Desperation Blow inflict a random condition on each person hit? Wild Blow removes the stances of everyone who's hit? Warrior's Endurance means endless energy while it's up? In fact, GuildWiki says that some of the Dervish's attack skills in Scythe Mastery are in fact Melee Attacks, opening the use of using them with an Axe or Sword.

I didn't try the Dervish out much during the preview PvP weekend, so I wanted to check with people who had.

+dmg and affects are only vs your target. The AoE dmg is regular.

Wild Blow does three criticals, and all three hits are never blocked nor dodged, so WB probably ends three stances as well. The same stands for sundering prefix (if you like it, that is): either triggered three times or zero but never a mix. I didn't mess with other effects but I'd say it's likely that all attack effects are duplicated up to three times.
