There's 15 -- you can only get Kuunavang by getting the Factions Collectors edition, so that makes 14 possible for ALL Phrophecies Charas.

since all the percentages add up to 100% - that means you are Guaranteed to get a mini pet for your birthday... But above is an indication at what chance you have of getting each one

Have fun...
I believe that if you get a large enough sample, you'll end up close to these %.

Hell, you're already pretty close to these as is.

But, for your amusement, so far I have recieved:

Purple Charr Shaman
White Necrid Horseman


Also, as a side note, I hope Kuunavang is 2% chance for next years gifts. That would be nice for those of us who jumped the gun on the regular edition.
