Default Items Dropped in a Town..?

kk, chatting away in Shing Jea on nine rings when this was brought up...

"Mystic Aeon picks up 55 Festival Tickets"

Now me and a few others in there have tried and you cant drop anything like in all outposts/towns so how can that be..?

The other suggestion now is someone who was full with items was unable to accept the 55 tickets so they just got dropped.

Ever seen this before..?

you answered your own question.
if your inventory is full, the items end up on the ground = free for all.

Whenever someone is playing 9 rings or rings of fortune and has a full inventory and they win tickets that would require another stack, there's nowhere to put them so the game automaticly drops them on the ground. I'm not sure if it's non-instanced and only the player who won the tickets can pick them up or if the same 10-minutes rule applies though.

this was happening to me this morning. Don't start the game entirely full in your inventory...leave a slot free in case you win more than you lose at the outset.

If you do win more, as mentioned above, they do drop, but they are assigned to you, and stay so for a little bit (presumedly the 10 minute timer that applies to all drops).

I had a pretty nice winning streak where I had 5 piles of 55 tickets at my feet with people trying to pick them up

As far as I know they're always assigned for the person that it dropped for... but they've never stayed on the ground long enough for them to go public, if they ever do.
