1. All of the updates are still in beta testing. ANET will modify problematic issues.
2. The movement while casting issues are up in the air.. some people want to cancel skills that easily.. others don't.. its ANETS call on that one.
3. IMO The new numbers are great. I can actually easily see whats going on number wise without a magifying glass. As with any GUI update people will either hate it or love it. Maybe selectable interfaces would be ok?
PS - "ruined" is a harsh word to use against anet, a company who is working super hard to make us all happy. True they dont always do what I, YOU, HIM, HER, THAT NOOB DOWN THE STREET, etc want.. but they are trying to do the common good for us all. Please keep that in mind.

So basically, everyone has to stand completely still to activate skills, because of a few people can't reach for the 'Esc' key? Yeah.

Absolutely. The game is 100% unplayable. Why did I even consider buying Nightfall when some little numbers obviously make the game absolutely rubbish and not worth buying at all.
I think you are over-reacting a bit. There are always bugs after a new (especially large) update, its unavoidable. I'm sure that Anet will fix these "Skill fizzles" within the next week. They did with the skill-hourglasses didn't they?

Ok there grandma... if you couldn't see the numbers buy a new video card. There was nothing wrong with them before, if nothing we should have the option to choose how we want them to look.
I love it when people automatically embrace every change without even actually considering it. Do you expect everyone to stand up and clap for you, because you clearly have more sense than the rest of us nay sayers, right?

But you nay sayers have more sense then those who like it? Personaly I like to try things out before I make a judgement call, and I like the numbers it is nice to see how much damage is being done or healed. When things get a little hairy I do the same thing I do now I focus. Wow what a concept I focus on what I need to focus on and I just tune out the extra infomation and when get caught up I can look at the extra infomation.

Sorry but I'm pretty sure this is bullshit.
I monked for a few hours last night in tombs after the update hit, and never had any problems. We won halls a few times with very few skips on the way, and I had no problems protecting my team or ghost. I also played monk for a few hours today without any issues.

It used to be this way, that you are able to cancel skills by moving, for quite some time back in the good old days. I really hated it, when they changed it, because some people were unable to learn to stop moving when using skills.
It's one of the few things I really like about the update.

i vote for bringing skill cancelation back, and make the dyes stackable again.
Other than that, i like the updates.

Incase you're unaware, the update that changed this happened last night. Like I said, I was playing during the time the update got pushed, and my team had to close GW to get it in order to continue playing. I also played for a few hours today, so I'm not really sure what you're talking about when you say "right now," since the update has been in place for some 16+ hours now.
In any case, monking is certainly not impossible, or even much different. If you try to move while casting skills with cast times longer than 1 second, they will cancel - this is nothing new. The cancel mechanics may be a bit more sensitive, but it's certainly nothing game-breaking. When the people I play with regularly can still manage to kite and cast effectively, it leads me to believe that some people are simply overacting.

a bad side effect of the eoa nerf seems to be it makes minions run around from one enemy to the next without attacking them, well thats what has happened to mine in 5 seperate outings before my mm was put away
