Default Non stacking slowdown..

Tried to use ward against foes and grasping earth to slow down the baddies by 90% because i blelive that is max.. i know a single target slowdown skill can slow down for 90%

Well anyways i casted the 2 slowdowns. witch slowdown for 50% each.. so a total of 100% slowdown.. in otherwords...stoped.... and had a nuker drop a meteor shower and the aggro skatterd at 50% speed reduction...

When 3 meteor showers dropping on the baddies not one of them died.. even at 50 percent slowdown they where able to get away..

So if anet is gonna have the aggro run from damage.. at least make it so where i can slow all the baddies down past 50%..

cause 50% is hardly worth the spell

Certain skills give 66?% (deep freeze does something like that), and 90% like iron mist and mind freeze.

edit, wiki page here.
