Poor Anet support
Recently I reported a bug at Churrhir Fields that could result in characters losing purchased skills as well as skills taught by the expert trainers there.
I myself lost a total of 4 skills, namely Watch Yourself, Executioner's Strike, Wild Blow and For Great Justice due to this bug. I am not the only one affected by this, as evidenced in the bug thread.
Anet has since fixed the bug but they never reported it fixed in their game updates.
They have also refused to do anything to fix my character and cannot even be bothered to explain why they cannot do it, in spite of the problem being due to their own broken programming.
