If it wasn't for me, JRR Tolkein would've had a hard time selling books.
Congratulations Ensign. I must say it is clearly in your honour. Think how much you have contributed to the Guild Wars community. Without you, I'd probably be no different in any way, but it's allways nice to say "Without you...".

All those names look quite a stretch to me
Certainly not as clear cut as Kakumei in Kaineng or that Enadiz (Zidane) boss

Characters in the game have previously been given names after Alpha Testers, and this isn't the only case in the Nightfall Campaign.
Custodian, JR, Sadi, and LuLu all have bosses named aptly too. Doubt it's a coincidence.
Don't know why JR does though

They named Sanctum Cay after my monk "Sanctum Chrae". Oh wait...it was just a coincidence since Sanctum was my first character and the game was created before my monk.
Maybe Imperial Sanctum is named after him. ;-)
I do believe high profile community members get immortalized in the game. It is part of what makes GW fun!.

They need to name a new continent after XOO. After all, the guild is big enough to fill up a small nation.

*cough* Or not.
I have seen several Ensigns in the game. I think that the use in Nightfall is titular, like Admiral Kirk or Captain Pickard.

But was the armorer in Kaineng named after me?
It would be so neat if that were the case, you know...
