As a large part of Africa is located in the tropical/sub-tropical regions, they do tend to have "rainy" seasons which cover about six months of the year. This, of course, can be thrown off by global weather pattern changes.
Physical obstacles such as mountain ranges and large bodies of water affect other areas. |
