I haven't got the quest, but wouldn't it be convenient if it was like the other quests where you have to hand the npc money and you get the option of killing them?

Thanks for pointing that out, lyra_song. You're right, it makes no sense to win the freedom of a dead guy.

Hey, Terra, can you tell me exactly where this occurs? I can't remember, and if you recall the map or town where this convoluted text takes place, that would help us fix this. Looks like Vabbi Child and Noble have a swap on chat text.

Thanks!

I vaguely remember running into a collector who was injured and wanted insect parts to make a crutch.

In return he offered weapons. Weapons he could easily use to take the pressure off his wounded leg.

I'm glad ANet is listening to us, but if there're other things that are higher up in priority, I'd be okay with this, since it doesn't really affect game play, and is only cosmetic.

Oh, that's nothing. Remember the quest The Thieving Nanny? What's wrong with it you ask?

"Oh no~this is the right coin purse, but it is torn, empty, and covered in...is that blood? How will I pay for Nei's medicine now? But I'm sure you did all you could, <name>, and at least that thieving Mara learned her lesson."

Reward:
2,500 XP
150 Gold
Monastery Credit

...um... Ok then, she officially stinks at basic money skills, common sense, and, well, being a mother... >.>
