I think you are refering to the skill: I Must Survive ! Gives 33% speed boost for (3-21) secs and (1-7) health regeneration for every (1-7) Ally(s) within earshot that are crippled from the shout.

PS. this skill dont exist and hopefully with the grace of god wont ever exist.

Remember, you don't have to outrun the Avicara. You just have to outrun your buddies.

That would be a funny skill to use while going for the survivor title....
