Well... seeing as Guild Wars: Prophecies wasn't even given the name Prophecies til Factions was released. Name isn't their biggest concern, at least I don't think so.

Their name choises are maybe bit too much made after content where they try to focus most but not always is so succesful make it so great how it looked in consept stage (Alliance Battles and Conquering Luxon/Kurzick lands).

Duh, do you know what 'wholly owned subsidiary' means? Arenanet is fully owned by NC Soft, thats been the case from day one so I dont know what you're talking about or think you are talking about but NC Soft could sell Arenanet tomorrow if they so chose to.

Still, the patent should have been created by the Creator, Arenanet. They are still their own seperate company, under the umbrella of NC Soft. So it is odd that it is in NC SOft's name. That means Arenanet could bankrupt, and Guild Wars would survive. Not a bad thing mind you.

Guild Wars: Doesn't have a name this chapter so everyone freaks out and thinks we aren't making one, even though the last chapter was released about a month ago.

Seriously though, this proves...........pretty much nothing. We knew nothing about Factions for an incredibly long time. But you know what pictures were leaked out of it, I have them saved, I could probably find the topic of the leak. And you know what everyone said, that it wasn't the next expansion, but just a special area created for the chinese people to fool around in for a preview.

This expansion has been in development for what 7 months now? Give it a month or two before you start freaking out.
