Remember the lore establishes that the mists link our world with other realities, Possibly others worlds even... So I think that is eventually where the evolution of the game will end up.
As to land masses, There is an established Island cluster the Corsairs are from, and a northern land mass the Charr are from. There is also the far Eastern areas east of Elona and Ascalon over the mountains. So there is still some things in this world to explore yet.
Opps Yea What Gorebrex said.

Exactly! My theory has always been (at least for a few months now) that the 2nd trilogy we are entering into will focus on The Mists and what else (besides the gods) lives there.
I think CH4 will be Norse based (a theory many have had). The noob island will be similar to the Brittish Isles and the mainland will go from forests, to cold plains, to frozen tundras, to mountains (be cool if the world of Tyria's tallest mount was here and an Elite mission was at the top).
CH5 + 6 may be North/South American Indian based but will likely delve us deeper into The Mists.
I also belive the Mursuratt and The Seer are from some world connected to Tyria by the Mists. Another world created by the gods, probably older then Tyria.

You sir obviosuly do not know where countries are.
Elons is correct affrica but all the Vabbian themes are muslim/middle eastern/persian settings. All of those are in Asia and not Africa.

The 4th chapter should be located on a huge ring shaped world revolving around a sun somewhere in a far off galaxy. The inhabitants of this world will live on the sunward side of the ring. The ring would be appx the same distance from it's sun as Earth is from ours.
A huge array of panels between the rings surface and the sun will give the planet it's day/night cycle and control different weather conditions. Walls a thousand miles high keep the atmosphere from leaking out over the sides as the planet rotates to prodce it's gravity.
Because this planet livable surface is so huge, the possibilities for different types of creatures and sentient lifeforms are nearly endless.
Or the next chapter could be located on an earth size artificial planet orbiting Jupiter. The mostly biomechanical lifeforms on this planet live entirely on the inside of the planet.

How would you have Ascalonians, Canthans and Sunspears travelling to some world in another galaxy?

When did the Aztecs arrive in South America?
I better place a call to my cousin's in the Amazon if they've made it down there and tell em to clear out quick...
And somebody better tell the Mexican government that they've just acquired a whole new and very large tax base...

Ah, I thought it were random capitals.
It's totally not Halo. Having read all 3 books (note: I do not even own an xbox, and had only played a bit of halo 1 on pc) I can safely say it doesn't even look like Halo.

Yeah, I read the 3 Halo books before ever plaing the game on my pc. They were pretty good.
And they could get there through a rip in the space-time continuum.

Well, a ring-shaped world, rotating to produce gravity... Sounds like the HALO I know. Anyway, like I said, ANets got alot of options with the Rift, and as long as it has the same "feel", and tech level as GW does now, itll probably be on my buy list.

Yeah I figured most people would think I was talking about Halo. I was really kidding when I made that post.
Kryta or Maguuma were my favorite areas in GW so far. A chapter set in a hot steamy rain forest would be nice.

"Hello, I'm brother mhenlo! We just located another rip in the space-time continuum. Please get here as soon as possible in your jet fighter so we can liberate another world with a starga- rip in the space-time continuum."
And a rotating ring to produce gravity is the basis of about 25% of the science-fiction books (yes, that's really exaggerated)

It makes sense as well - the Aztecs and Incas had very rich different cultures and the possibilities of the new characters could also work - i.e. Aztec Priest(sacrifices to gods etc)
What does everyone else think??

For one thing, you skipped over North America and Lemuria, and a possible Atlantis (Orr is a sunken continent. I read the GW manuscripts ^^)
Let's face it, Precolumbus North America would make for a very boring story of how tyrians paid stole their land and violated their women. Lame.
Orr, the Atlantis of GW, would be pretty awesome. It could be on the remains (the part of Orr still above the sea), and occasionally a mission could put you into a cove or something.
Lemuria, the...other sunken continent of Earth, would also be pretty cool. It would be a lot like your Central American theme, but with volcanoes. Leet.
That's what I think anyway.
