My Tyrian warrior is at Yohlon Haven, and I want to get her to the Bone Palace to get 10k Ancient Armour, but I don't want to go through the story missions up to that point. Is there any way to get there? I was thinking it might be possible to tag along with a group but I'm not sure. Any help would be really appreciated.

Not exactly. You can run anywhere on the map, except into the desolation. You just can't do any of the missions out of order. Of course, since the Bone Palace is in the desolation, you need the wurms in order to reach it, and need the mission to get the wurms. So, you gotta do the missions.

Silly question: why don't you just do the missions and reap the rewards along the way?

Because everyone in the party needs to have the ability to 'ride' the wurms. Since you won't have completed the story up to that point, no wurms.

In response to Falcons question, I have already completed the game with a Dervish and don't want to go through again. Looks like I'll just stick with 15k Glads and try out a few new combos. What boots/gloves go well with 15k Glads?
