Default If you had the power to change something in GW, what would you do?

We all have our special wishes that may or may not come true one day. As it's almost the time of the year (X-mas) when dreams can come true, I'm curious what's on top of your wish list. Or even better, what if you can play Santa yourself and change something, what would it be?

I would remove W/Mo as a viable build option,

more seriously i think i would give gw more 3D since its vertically challenged, so i can jump propally whenever i want instead of having to emote it

I;d probably make Griffons farm-able... and ban all the bots, of course :P

Bigger Storage would be nice as well, or at least a different Storage for armors, weapons, dyes etc...

Give players who don't have Wammos on their account the ability to change characters without having to log out every time.

Perhaps the OP should change the title to "If you had the power to change ONE thing in GW, what would you change?" - I can see this turning into yet another "I want this, this, this, this, this....etc..etc.." thread!

better playable diversity. so far we've often seen 'imba' things in pvp, which makes diversity of choice between skills a though joke.

This might sound shallow but... I'd add a Hair Stylist I love the armours in GW, but what I'd really like is to be able to change my hair around to suit what I'm wearing. Can you tell I play a mesmer yet? I have the same urge to play with my ritualist's hair - some days I really wish I had a long style, and maybe a different colour :/ What I'd really really like is one of the long dervish styles on my ritualist - that'd make me a very happy bunny

What's with the wammo hate, rez is good to have when you're with henchies take my 8 million wammoed XP (no I didn't solo trolls, try Lornar's Pass, Snakes Dance and some other odd places) and leave me alone. Yes I do use mending when farming ettins, well did.

Anyways I'd like to see more storage. A beauty salon wouldn't be bad either.

I would have to say more storage or atleast more tabs like an armor tab and dye tab, etc.

Hairstylist ftw

Bigger storage, auction house, bigger friendlist, some sort of menu for players who are looking for a party (and parties looking for players) would also be nice.

This is a great thread.

I would like to see the whole Guild Wars economy changed so that the 'so expensive' and/or 'rare weapons/mods etc' be more accessible to all players through drops that are more often rather than less often.

Yeah yeah yeah some will say that this should never be done for whatever reason but, whether we like it or not, most of the fixes that have been done since Sorrows furnace started, (nerfs as this fixes are most commonly known) is because people have wanted to get these 'rare' weapons etc etc.

For those who got them, it opened up avenues for a weapon with the merchant buys it off you for 35gp inflated its sale price to proposterous amounts of gp.

The Bot users and by default certainly made great capital of this bla bla bla.

So yes make all these items more easier to be accessed by all.

This would have an influencing effect on farming and bot farming

They already are available to all: Greens and collectors. Golds are gold cause they're rare. And they're rare cause they're not accecible to all. When everyone has a golden Crystalline req 7 with 15^50, it's not special anymore, and people will sell it to merchant anyway.

I agree on mods though, mods should be cheap, so people can at least make the weapon they want/need without wasting alot of gold.

maybe a [Weapon Modifier] (like the same as with Custimizing, you show the Karl[Weapon Modifier] your weapon, and can choose 1 of 3 mods (depending on in which town you are, Ascalon does not give 20/20 AP yet, but maybe 10/10). In Droks, you can add a Health +30 mod to one of your weapons for like 2K.

1 character slot devoted to no level capping, but could only be played in groups with other people's charaters of the same type. And an island full of higher lvl mobs to fight.

Thumbs up

A nice, balanced 8v8 PvP environment without fame and 100 new skills for every class except Dervish.
On the current HA maps.
