Any word on items dropped? Yes i see new wepaons, but what about rubies, saphirres, and diamonds. Can't wait to see the new armors. Chests? There better be. Lets just hope that u dont have to spend 900 gold on the keys.

All sounds good...wonder what the Novel weapons would be. And the armour update thing.

I'd like it if a Dev could just confirm if this is permanent, as I dont want to rush through the game just in case it's gonna leave after this weekend. I think it's permanent, but just to make sure would be nice!

didn't the scribe before last say something about a new type of gems in the Domain of Anguish, not like the ones used for Vabbi armor?

Hmm I think I said it first when I beat the game on the first sunday after the release. Took screens of the new statue in CoS to prove it.

I just got an anonymous email from my uncle's sister in law's gardner who also happens to do the gardens in Gaile Gray's garden and he told me they listened to my ideas...

I wonder if it is possible to get ferries, just like Cavalon and HzH elite missions.

Yep. It's likely that they will be used for the exchange system mentioned.

Also, there is something else of note: In-game (not on the website), the announcement states that the update will occur late in the evening. That'll likely be 8:00PST/5:00EST, if ArenaNet followws the pattern of previous major updates.

ArenaNet is doing that so that the pre-teen kids get home from high-school in time for the update.

I'm surprised and excited that it is coming as soon as it is. New areas to explore and missions to enter make it sound like a town. I think if you finish the game it will take you to the last circle on the realm of torment map... more like Sorrow Furnace.. I doubt very much we'll need favor.

Anyway it all sounds good though I'm a little said it didn't say it was *New* armor just new armor upgrades. HmMmm anyway I'm excited.

Armour upgrade probably is for hero armour. Anet has said that heroes have 3 armour skins, and right now we just have default and 1 extra (elite sunspear or ancient). So the armour upgrade will be like primeval armour for heroes.

Jin's upgrade will probably be that zebra fur outfit she's wearing in the manual.

It would be a big mistake on ANets part to have it require favor. They advertise that it will open this weekend, people line up and BAM, no favor...

On another note, I predict that there will be plenty of jewels (Diamonds, Rubies, Sapphires, etc), well maybe not plenty but enough to push the prices down a bit. We don't need 4 ecto type material.
