Sorry for the confusion. Some people's main email is not the same as their account name. For example, some have PlayNC accounts, while others use an email specifically for their Guild Wars account as their account name, and use a seperate email for actual...well...email.

For the account name, please type the same account name you use to log into Guild Wars. This can be your email, a PlayNC account...whatever it is you use to log in every time you get in the game.

For email, please use whatever email address you choose, or, whichever email address you would like the confirmation sent to.

For a lot of you, it will be the same email address, but not for everyone which is why we ask for both. I hope that clears up any confusion.

why isnt the page secured?
i only wonder cause the account name is half way to hacking/bruting someone's account.

We are working on making the page secured, and hopefully that will happen soon. For the time being, as the page says, it is strongly advised that you NOT use your in-game password for the Xunlai Tournament House. While keeping your account name private is a very good idea, knowing the account name without the password is much like someone knowing your email address without knowing your password. Afterall, anyone who has ever sent you an email knows half of your login information for that email address, but without the password, your security is assured, so we feel the system is working fine now, but we will take steps for further protection in the future.

I've got it figured out.

Notice when you log into GW itsays ACCOUNT NAME, and in that slot is your EMAIL ADDRESS. So when you register in account name it will sayyour email addres you used to sign in with in GW, and in email address, make sure it's yours and valid so you can recive your letter to confirm registration.

EDIT: I didn't see someone already had it. SOrry
