Only terrible players would lose to a Hero team in HA, and they deserve all the losses they get to Heroes hence have no legit basis to complain about Heroes in HA. Heroes in HA is the best thing to happen to HA since HA first came out. Anyone who complains about them really should practice exclusively in RA instead of complaining about Heroes in HA.
It is a valid point about 6vs6 being a terrible nerf, but that was months ago now.

One minute you're saying they're terrible in HA, the next you're saying they're the best thing that's ever happened.

They are the best thing that ever happened because one doesn't have to stand around for 3+ hours waiting for a R9+ PUG to form only for it to then lose 3 maps in and then disband. Instead, one can instantly make an Heroway party and perhaps win the first 3 maps.
Heroes are plenty great for beating bad players, as they should be. They are indeed terrible vs. good players, also as they should be. Heroes in HA is a win/win situation.

I'm not going to bash his "I'm leaving post" because I have some empathy on why he is leaving. Heroes have ruined GW period and have made the game into a anti social single player game when its suppose to had been a cooperative online game. Adding them into the game made gw go into reverse direction and most people don't see this problem because they themselves are anti social.
Anet has made a poor attempt with trying to merge the pve world with pvp. It will never happen since from the beginning they were basically two entirely different aspects of the game.

since you are obviously a very new player or have the wonderful luck not to get into all those disaster, jerk PUGs people have been posting about since day25 or so i will not simply say BS.
i will say you are just plain wrong since the general community has been a cesspool since way before the heroes showed up.
people are using heroes BECAUSE the community is so elitest/antisocial/immature.
heroes are not the cause of the problem but are giving people a choice betweem dumb heroes or total jerk real people.

Let all the damn PvE scrubs flame me now with their pitiful understanding of "PvP".

Each chapter, the game changes dramatically.
If you love the way it is now, it will evolve into something different.
If you hate it, it will be different and you may like it latter.
If the game is not longer fun, by all means, stop playing. Games are meant to be fun. Many others still fine with the game fun with HoH the way it is.
I do respect your decision, but disagree with you.
My feelings is Anet wants HoH to be fun and invite new players (to make it grow). Elitism, Rank X only, and static teams playing same builds don't welcome new players nicely. Makes sense that Anet will shake it up.
My definition of PvP - Random Arena, Team Arena, HoH, GvG, Skirmish, Alliance Battles, Hero Battles, and Fort Jade/Aspen. All evolve a human in some way directly fighting another human.
Why does this thread give me horrible case of dejavu?

The only reason I posted it in riverside is because anet doesn't read PvP forums.

As hardcore PvEer i would say the same.. My opinion is that Anet reads more PvP forums since GW is PvP oriented game silly me
Well I guess it will always be like that. We will always have the feeling nobody is listening to you..

I woz here flame fest '06.
*ahem*.
So you're leaving. Wow.
Does anyone here care? No.
Does Anet care? No.
Did it deserve its own topic? No.
Are you scaring Anet with idle threats of switching games? No.
Does Anet know that people don't like heroes in HA? Yes. Are they going to change it? Yes.
Are you getting over dramatic about a computer game? Yes.

The topic of Heroes in HA has been discussed to death. This is just a cry for attention from the OP, which the community is giving to him.

doesnt matter what size party you get- the PEOPLE are what ruined HoH. There is not a bigger bunch of elitist little bitches than right there in the Hall.
I think half the above posts prove my point.
