Hmm, the candysmiths in LA, Droks and Kamadan don't seem to have any of the offhand weapons in stock O_o (Focus, and the two shields). The only person I could find that gave them is Candysmith Marley in Dwayna vs Grenth (the Snowball fight waiting area).

yes, you go get Wintergreen candy weapons, and they are inscriptable.
you will only get them if you entered the tournement.
but the agent is not around yet, so no one knows when we get them.

They are exactly the same as last years, still got them all on a mule, was really hoping they might add different ones in, but the whole xmas event is the same as last year.

I wish anet would for once let us collect actual usuable stuff in these kind of events. I would love to use a 6-28 candy cane axe. These 10-10dmg weapons are worthless and not worth keeping with the limited storage we have. And now we also get to make all those extra hats, though i would love to keep em, I just can't... and those are pretty useless too unfortunately

They should be customized to fit not only the character that created them but also to fit their class, like an 60 armor yule cap for my rit

(not more unrealistic then tatoo's giving you armor, or those masks of mesmers

Oh i didnt know you could craft shields!

The weapons are 9 shards each, 12 is for the shields

BTW the wintergreens will be inscribable.

I was hoping there would be new things, almost got all of them from last year (not daggers, spear and scythe offcourse)

oh well anyways I can sell some more CC shards haha (already made 160k of them)

funny thing is that I am a pack rat, I have from every event the special items and collectables more then 50 and from the most of them more then 150, heh

anyways, of to farm some more

I think you misunderstood me, Offcourse I know about the hat maker, I'm saying that because all those hats I now have on all character i don't have any room anymore, and I wished they were more functional, hence for example 60 armor for my rit. Instead of crappy 0 armor.

Once you have talked to a hat maker, the hat blueprint is stored for all of your characters forever. Unless you have old dyed ones, there's nothing stopping you from getting rid of all of those hats in your storage, and crafting one for 10g when you want to wear one. I just cleaned out over 30 storage spaces from my account after getting rid of all of my hats.
