My start date at guru was the day I was sent an email from Anet telling me to use a site like this after I was wrongfully banned. Your response to that guru user (dry water) was way out of line since they SEND US HERE WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM. If you look through all my posts you will see a thread or two where I gave tips on how to reach real live people in support when banned. Guess what 3 of them managed to get their ban removed. Obviously those threads must have been before you were made a mod. The above mentioned user was looking for chat logs to send to Anet to try to remove the ban. How is this against posting policy?

Not trying for a ban myself but I have noticed you don't exactly exercise self control or impartial judgement ... your sig line is very telling right about now.

If Anet sends us here you have at least a small responsibility to act like an adult and not act on your personal views. Or you should petition Anet to remove your site from their list of sites to visit when a problem occurs.

It is typical attempt to hide something like Anet does mistakes too etc or mod not just believe that Anet can ban wrong persons and believe that they must be those who try to avoid be banned.
