I havent even been to Cantha the entire weekend. Oh wait i did, to make my assa's first max armor ^^

Did cantha runs for greens this weekend with Guildies/Allies

Went on about 35 Wing's Axe runs, we got 5. None for me though.

10 Liam's Lantern runs, only one green but it went to me.

8 Ghial's Staff runs, just one drop but again it went to me.

All in all, a cool weekend event.

Had nothing over the weekend, but the first boss I kill monday afternoon drops green (Tarnen's Shield). Go figure.

I finally got a green. It was the last boss I killed and it was a hammer weapon.

After looking at it, can someone tell me what the big attraction to greens are?
The stats on the hammer were ok, and I have a purple with better sttats and enhancements on it. In fact, all of the whites and blues that I have gotten all weekend while trying for a green were better than this was.

Does anyone thing A-net might have been testing new anti-bot code? I have had better results farming in Cantha in the past...I got only 3 greens and that was going solo.

I would mix it up and clear a map with heros, move around and come back for my 4-5 solo runs..

I could not get Ssaki's sword to drop and there were several times I could not get even a Naga hide off of him...my first two runs yeild no drops...not a gp, not a hide, zero, zip, nada...

A tip...when everyone is farming in cantha...go farm in NF...the stats will be better

I managed to farm 27 various greens with my wammo, including elusive Kunvie Air Staff (it takes 4 runs to get it and while i farmed it i get all other interesting greens (except mesmer one) from Unwaking Waters zone)

I farmed only about half the time I was on (haven't done in ages), picked up a few greens in elona too no less. I didn't actually count, and I gave some away to guildies, but I think about 12 greens I kept... probably still have 3 or 4 wings axes. I got in one farming pug out of Imperial Sanctum, and I completely understand how some folks didnt hardly get any greens though...lol. In fact, I felt it was pretty amazing that folks at that skill level even make it that far into the game. Just solo farming with flags and heros/henches and target calling worked great. At least you went with guildies/allies so the time was better spent, and you got 2 very useful greens.

Heh, wanna inspect my loot? I'll admit to being a lucky punk if that helps. There were some that I wanted that I didn't get (not for lack of trying either). I mean cmon it takes about and hour to get 3 or 4 wing's axes even without the weekend tripple. And who care's how many Geoffer's Bulwarks and Milthuran's staff people get anyways LOL. Half of the greens I got that I wanted were from Elona anyways to prove my point. I'd say based on my results this weekend VERY few are padded... There were people on farming frenzies (you would've known had you been there - but since you weren't...) so there are a TON of new factions greens out there today.

a triple green weekend does not mean that anet are starting to like farming its just a weekend event you can still get greens with a full party of 8 even if they are fighting with you i got mhedis vow with a full party of henchman

I remember the NORMAL weekends before Factions and the whole "lets have a weekend event every weekend". I liked those days. I think we should go back to not having so many dang events. At least for a month or so.

Then they should overuse the double gold drops from chests then I will be forced to buy more chars to use as storage for mods I might never use. I`ll be happy and so undoubtably will Anet.

Treasure Chests/Buried treasure in Elonia is way better IMHO. I got a Diamond Aegis (16/req11Tactics/+30 Health/-5 Rec'vd damage) the other day. I'm happy as hell with it too

I stopped looting to sell. Merchant gets all my unwanted stuff or I give it away. I love hearing "dude are you sure you don't want paid for this?" Makes my day

By doing missions etc, and selling to merchant I have made 90k in aabout 2 months.
