Danika and Shiro are a very close one to me.
Everytime i had do hear Danikas Voice because someone wanted to view the cutscene for like the tenth time i felt instantly reminded of a tele tubbie. Expected her to shout a loud "Lala, pipi, gnihihihi" all the time.
And Shiro is ugh... just ugh. A suiting comparison would be Schwarzenegger enjoying a day on the toilet while trying to hold a speech.
I'm sorry to say that i liked the Voiceacting in Prophecies a lot better. Rurik had a very familiar voice (due to me being a Prince of Persia Player) and i instantly liked it. The other voices are not too bad either.

Stephen Blum's Justicar Hablion is hands down the best voice in the game. Too bad they couldnt get him to do EVERY male character

Danika sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard.
The fortune teller really needs to see a doctor about whatever's wrong with her throat. She sounds like it's as painful for her to talk as it is for us to listen.

beware
...the harvest
...ceremony
ripping the headphones off and watching the scenes in silence whilst frantically tapping on the "skip" button in a vain attempt to make that choice for other party members seems to be a very frequent situation in factions.
It was bad in prophecies but at least it was entertainingly-bad

I think people need to differentiate between "good" and "bad" voices:
Main hero/heroine voice -> Good voice, appropriate for character, decent acting.
Good Voice but innappropriate for character. (Good voice, pleasant to hear, but the character just doesnt sound like that)
Glint, The Seer, ---> Bad Voice but appropriate for character. (Character sounds raspy, evil, annoying to hear, but FITS the character perfectly)
Shiro -> Good Voice bad Acting (Good voice sound, fits character, BAD ACTING)
Bad Voice, good acting (Horrible sounding voice, fits character, good acting)
SO in the end:
DANIKA - Horrible Sounding Voice, Bad acting, Innapropriate for character.

Hmm. I forgot to mention Glint. Glint's voice was pretty terrible, too.
And King Jalis.
I actually liked Brechnar.
I thought the voices for the ghosts in the desert missions were pretty annoying.
But Evennia... Evennia just needs to die. "Now let's go take a look at our new home" ("and pick out the drapes! Let's see, the couch will go over here, and the end-table over there..." ok, whatever, suzie homemaker!)
Which brings us to Saidra. I mean, ok, we get it, Saidra was the *cough* "traveling companion" *cough* for Saidra, but at least she wasn' an idiot like Evennia. Her voice was pretty butch though.
I just realized what's wrong with Togo's voice. It's a young man trying to sound like an old man, and hoping a little bit of sound wizardry can fix any flaws in his technique -- but all it does is winds up making him sound permanently constipated.

Agreed, she sounds like a cross between Jeff Spicolli and comedienne, Paula Poundstone.
And Danika... well, the Josie and the Pussycats cartoon voice does sound out of place.
I enjoyed all of the other voices: even Mhenlo, Togo, Shiro, and the Fortuneteller - a bit over-the-top and theatrical at times, yes... but that's part of the fun for me.

eudus, I heard very few bad voices in Prophecies... Most of them at least mostly matched even if they weren't dead on, Factions is a whole nother ballgame tho lol

Okay, I go with Danika as the worst voice ever. Every time I hear her speak, I'm half expecting her to scream "DATA DRAIN!" Just because of the fact that her VA is Kite from the .Hack// Games

Danika if I could choose anyone at all but out of that list i'd say togo... Mhenlo sounds pretty damn good and Kuunavang is alright but Danika sounds nothing like she looks and sounds nothing like a Kurzick... or anyone in exsistance for that matter.

In contrast, the best voice is that of the trebuchet guy in Fort Ranik, all the way back in Ascalon. King Jalis Ironhammer coming in close second.

I'm thankful the forum is free of Saidra x Evennia shippers (we all know they're a couple xD).
Some of the Envoy's voices really annoyed me too... #1 and #3 especially. Heleyne and Toridos aren't too bad.

I kinda liked the envoys voices, all sounded unique.
Danika's definately is the worst voice though. The daughter of the noble kurzick leader....sounds like that?!
Update Patch
*Fixed Danika's voice to sound like her character.
(i doubt it'll happen but i can hope :P)

Danika almost convinced one of my friends to not buy factions . Hell it almost made me want to quit. Nothing tops her, if she doesn't at least get an honorable mention in sombody's list, they haven't experienced her true horror yet.

All acting/writting issues aside. I thought that the only voice that seemed out of place, unmatching, and downright shocking (and not in a good way) was Danika.
On the other end of the spectrum. I think that Justicar Hablion's voice/acting was easily the best matched in the serious.

Danika, Shiro, and Elder Rhea all should be shot IMO.
