Default Anet Stop Extreem Counter Farm Measures

After the "nice" pvp-based skill balance, uw hasn't become a nicer place. But still doable with multiple classes. After a week of not playing guildwars, I decided to farm some uw to get some ecto's for my second fow armor. ( I like to farm them in stead of getting them by power trading). Guildies of mine told me about the double ( or seperate ) drops of creatures in the uw. And that sounded very promising. Refering to: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10117347

Well they fixed that "problem", but they fixed the ecto drop rate aswell . I did 4 e/me smite runs, and 4 n/mo bladed axte runs. My ecto count for 3 hours of farming was 0. Even some guildies got 1 to none.
I don't mind if anet decides to make it harder to farm UW or Fow. But it has to take in account that that after killing 400+ creatures 1 ecto should drop somewhere .

Anybody that has had the same experience can put their grief here.

ps. Yes I could do something else then farming, but that's besides the point. It could be a streak of bad luck, but 8 runs on different chars is kinda ruling that out.

8 runs is a statistcally meaningless sample size. It was probably bad luck, as threads like this pop up every week.
