But what about players with just 1 game?
Some of the dishes require canthan and tyrian items.
Very unfair if you ask me.

Why would anyone be keeping ingredients for the chefs in their inventory for the celestial pig anyway? That makes no sense. The chefs are collectors who give lunar tokens as rewards for the ingredients, it's just another way to get lunar tokens. And as the lunar tokens are for the lunar fortune teller and Lucky whatsisname it makes no sense that they'd be for the celestial pig either. Lunar tokens are for exchanging for lunar fortunes, that's all.
Think about it people, there were no jade wind orb collectors at the dragon festival because you needed the orbs for the Emperor. And even then so many of the damn things dropped after the celestial charge collection during the grasp attack in Shing Jea Monastery, I ended up giving a couple of hundred away as I didn't need them.

Change your secondary (N) to something un-cursed
Good luck everyone. These fine little piggies make great sandwiches (with lettuce, tomato, and mayo - salt/pepper to taste).

You can always purchase items from other players. Or even trade. And, I'm not sure you noticed but one of the chef's preparation items can be gathered entirely in Cantha. You can only get the masks in Cantha, so I see no problem.
But for the sake of argument, let me say this then. I suppose it's entirely possible that the pig will reward the chef's dishes with something like red gift bags instead of masks and there will be an entirely different method of getting the masks, if not even being "free".
Regardless, I'll start taking bets that obtaining the mask will not be dependant on having tokens.

You shouldn't need anything for the hat; I believe it said you get the hat automatically and if he likes the feast everyone gets a surprise.
(there's a rumor that the surprise is mini piggies but I doubt it)

I kind of wonder if they have stopped giving pigs altogether.
I opened over 300 - no pig, and the stats on guildwiki are dropping fast.
3% last night
1% at 7:00 this morning
.7% at about 9:30
now .5%
Was there just a limited number and once they were used up, that's it?
Doesn't seem fair but chances seem to be falling fast.

A rumor is going around, that only 500 mini-pet pigs have been provided for the game. I don't know if this is true or not. Though it did sound rather convincing. It would explain the such low rate of finding one. They said that it was posted on the guild wars site or something. I haven't found it yet, but then again, I suck at web browsing, it's past 5am, and my eyes are half closed.
