Geesh, I felt real lucky when I got one in my first 5 tickets opened, no joke. Then I proceeded to aquire 250 more, and opened every single one of them - no pig. Guess they are pretty rare. On a good note, I've made about 3.5k from opening the tickets alone.

Lots of good fortunes, bad fortunes, lucky fortunes and prosperous, a handful of fireworks, and the one pig. That about sums it up.

No rollerbeetle racing and no pigs. Damn, how do we get more tickets without rollerbeetle racing? Since i cant do that without Err 7.

Sigh did another 2 characters and nothing... Guild Wiki says its a 3% chance, but some people are getting 2 in less than 20! I'm giving up on it. -_- I guess I'll just show up for the mask sunday.

I got my pig from the first 100 tokens, then in my next 200 I didnt get anymore.

You can get 125 tokens from the missions, I did them all on my 3 chars.

I've done the Shing Jea quests on 4 of my characters and haven't gotten a pig yet. Oh well. I'm not wasting any more time on it.

This is messed up, some people get like 3 pigs in 5 tickets and some get none in 100+. Wtf!?

The pigs are currently selling for around 30k. Its more profitable to sell all of your tokens and buy a stupid pig. *sigh*

Man, any of you lucky ones want to trade an extra pig for a bunch of Lunar fortunes? Not tokens, but fortunes. Maybe you'll get another pig or something. I've gone through about 200 of them and I've gotten... money, blessings/curses and fireworks. Certainly, I am poor in the game but I'd rather have the pig at the moment.

Granted, getting tokens has been slower now that it's been way more laggy in the beetle races. 250 ping mid course and suddenly when you think you have passed a turn, you warp backwards and are stuck.

Your not alone Syntonic, gone through the quests on 4 characters (42 Fortunes ea) and been doing bettle races for 4 odd hours and nothing yet.

seems odd
when the event first started the pigs were coming fairly regularly, I know there was at least one update, possibly two after the start of the event.

Now people, (including myself) are going through hundreds of lunar fortunes without a pig

What changed?

Nothing need have changed - there are still people getting them in less than 50 fortunes - some multiple.

Such is life. In the beginning (and I was there from then) there was lots of talk of getting them often - still none for me (over 300 now and not a one). In that point, no one had expended 300+ fortunes so everyone thought they dropped a lot. Only those getting quick drops were reporting, the rest of us where busily getting tickets/fortunes. Now, we have enough to go on and know they aren't dropping every 15-30 fortunes but at something much higher.

It is unknown the rate at this point, but even at a 1% drop rate with the number of people in game there will be enough that get several quickly and post so that it appears as if they are dropping like fruit from trees for the first little bit. Then reality sets in - since we do not really know the "unlucky" ones yet I do not know how unlucky I am. I do, however, know that I haven't been lucky at all in this particular part of the game (my other mini-pats have done decent for me though - unfortunately the pig is one of the higher "wants" I have, much higher than the other mini-pets I have gotten. I really like my Burning Titan - only other normal mini-pet I want more is a bone dragon and now the pig, it would go quite well with my ranger and his pet

i got my piggy within 30 tickets o.o same as my boyfriend..then we stopped lol. mainly because we had finished the quests and the only other way to get tokens is to either do the quests on other chars or do the races (which is what i still do <3 the hippie beetle)
