Unfortunately I am working for half of the event, and for the other half, I'll probably be sleeping. But you can bet I'll be buying up tickets and leaving my char afk to get the lucky and unlucky titles (at least the first tiers of them. I don't really want to spend any more money than that in a single weekend on a couple of titles).

But really looking forward to this weekend.

Dragon Arena should. RollerBeetle Racing does as well, but at a craptastic rate. Hopefully Dragon Arena will have a fair point system. Perhaps they'll up the points for racing as well.

hey this means I might actually get to play beetleracing (spent too much time on ingredient farming and questing and helping with the chefs to do anything else).......dont care if there is a reward, gettng to play is ok enough for me.

I don't really like the beetle race, because I think you need a ping of less than 100ms for being competitive, I always have 100ms to 150ms (that doesn't affect at all the normal GW game because is very well designed for tolerate big lag (note that the fastest interruptible skill/spell is 250ms (1/4 second)) anyway, some people play very well with +500ms, this is not a first person shooter, but the beetle race is different)

I will be playing the "Dragon Ball" Arena, and some AFK in the lottery circles.

Its not going to be enough time to get the Hated title from nothing in one weekend, is it?

I hope they do this more often from now on.... otherwise we'll never get the oppurtunity to max the luck titles... >_<;

To hell with the gamer titles.... I want all my characters to be able to wear the "Hated" title!

Awesome, the dragon arena is one of the very few minigames I'm somewhat decent at (I only got 1st place on rollerbeetle once, but it's by far my favorite.)
I don't know what that other one is.

Dragon arena is fantastic. Gamer titles didn't exist last time it was here, yet it was still massively popular and played at a level bordering on excessive. More skill than rollerbeetles, more fast-paced than snowballs. How can you ask for more xD

In Conclusion, I would like to thank Anet for giving us the oppurtunities to achieve some titles, whether it was the AFK Lucky/Unlucky Title or the stressful Skillz Title. I would have still liked to see an improvement to the scoring system with Gamer Points, but I grinded long enough for one weekend.

(this streak actualy went on to 32 lol)

did some aspy - since afterall it was the protest weekend

then got kicked of the pc (thats what you get for having multiple pcs in the house but only 1 has internet connection and a dvd-burner) so all i could so was leave the game running while standing in a circle - reached prosperous/unfavored.
so now i am at 520k-ish and 36k-ish - which means that i wont be able to reach the next tier at the next event if it will only last for the weekend.

i had so much fun in Dragon Arena @_@ but now i'm screwed when I do AB or normal PvP because I had used mouse clicking as my main dodging technique (I use arrows keys, the randomly moving when trying to type when accidentally not hitting entered annoyed me) and now I'm used to just deftly moving away @_@;;;

but yesh, i finally reached the Skillz title n-n It was so much fun! I ended up not doing the races @_@;; I don't want it to go away T_____T *clings to it*

i think the max consecutive wins was 11 for me, and it was on that 11th that i got the title @=@
