Default UW glitch/rubberbanding?

I've been soloing in the UW lately and I been having a problem. I dont know what it is, its just when I run past the Aatxes, I'm past them alrdy but I'm still being attacked. My ping is showing its fine, and all green. So if anyone can help make this go away or at least know what the problem is..its jsut recently started, I have a music player playing on computer but always have and only recently been having these game problems.

Everyone has it, its 10x worse in underworld than anywhere else, graspings/smites/aatxes all give really bad movement bugs when your around them.

Hmm. I just make sure to stay a large distance away from Aatxes when I run past them. The only problem I have is with graspings... one time they are crowding me but i managed to pull outside and then get rubberbanded and stuck back in the circle of graspings *sigh*

The Best way to Avoid the Rubber Banding issue is not to get close or "Bump" into the creatures at all. I have found i only Rubber Band when i "Bump" into an enemy and keep moving only to find that the server has not registered me getting past the mob but registers me stuck in the mob! hehe I know it is hard not to to bump into enemy's sometimes but if you can find a way and try to keep a wider distance between you and the enemy you will not rubber band. Sometimes you might need to run backwards a little bit and move in a wider circle around them.

its because you have more then the regular zone loaded when you are in FoW or UW since they are bigger areas your computer has to work harder...i think...

It's impossible not to "bump" into the first group of cows leading to the second chamber. To prevent rubber-banding on this group, I do one of two things depending on how close they are to the wall. If very close, I run to their left and not between them and the wall. This usually aggros the roaming cow on the left, but he's easily left in the dust. If there is a large gap between the cows and wall, I run between them. If your char is taking damage, you've been snagged. Don't keep running...type /stuck quickly and retreat back to where the npcs are. Doesn't always work, but has saved me a few times.
