The hardships she would have faced have no doubt shattered here innocence. This will not be the same child we met. Let's hope she forgives us for failing to be there for her when things went to hell. She lost her family, and we turned our backs on her.
May the gods have mercy on our souls.
Scared yet?

Gwen is evil.... i just know it. If she is the "eye of the north" and the reason behind all the evil in the world. I would be one satisfied camper.

Explain that to a ten year old child whose lost everything... the terror of the searing, finding her mothers mangled and burned body... and when the people she looked up to were needed most, we were off somewhere else, not there for comfort and protection... but it seems she had the strength to survive after all, but strength fueled by what? Vengeance perhaps? And against who? How would she remember us... as the one who got her a new flute, or the one not there in her greatest time of need? To top it off... if she is indeed a mesmer we should all fear. The one class that kills you from the inside out... subtly, slowly, painfully...
What kind of people are we... what have we done...

I rly dont get this, I thought eye of the north was supposed to take place 100years later.. so gwen would be what, 100 something years old? Was she cryogenically frozen by a frost dragon or do I have the setting of GW:EN wrong.

GW:EN is probably around 10 years later.
If by a HUGE stretch of the imagination Gwen was 13 in pre, she'd only be 18 now. And Gwen was probably around 8 or nine.

Hmm I dunno about that....go back to pre and look at her face... her face looks about 13 or so, although admitadly her body is definitely that of an approximate 9 year old; all the kiddies in GW look the same though.
I read the magazine article but I don't remember it stating exactly how long after prophecies/other campaigns it takes place. In the GW:EN pic, she looks as though she could be as young as 17....

True. I just checked her mug. I wish I could forget that face now.
I just hope I can stab her with my daggers in the back. She burnt my face. It hurt too.
you punch my face, expect to have no head, Gwen!
