Class: Ranger. My first and my favourite
Weapon: My warrior's Ice Blade Axe and Emblazoned Defender.

Choking Gas. Nothing like turning an enemy monk into a spell-less pincushion.
The Yakslapper. Best name for a weapon, hands down.
15k Ascalon armor. With Charr becoming a playable race, the "charrskin suit" look will probably be out of style (not to mention downright offensive) a few hundred years in the future, but my warrior's never been worried about not offending people.
Paragon. If they start giving professions the axe, the expansion professions will be the first to go, and it's just too fun a character for me to give up.
