Guys,

We don't do rollbacks. As noted above, we've done one in nearly two in live game mode. I had a collection of tickets this morning saying there was a server error and that some European accounts were affected, but I do not believe that would give the changes that you're reporting.

Sometimes there are display errors, and you may think you are where you are not (hence that appearance of "rubber banding" or those stalls while the server and the client sync). For instance, someone reported an "exploit" where he could continually cast spells without having to wait for the recharge. In fact, it was a display error, and he wasn't casting the spells at all -- it only appeared he was.

I have reported this to our server team. Off the top of my head, though I want to say we did not and are not "rolling back" our servers, and that is proved by the fact that not all players are seeing this issue. I cannot speculate as to what this issue may be, but the Server Team will be on the case and we'll know soon enough.

I'll report as I have information. In the meantime, you can provide detailed information to Support, which would very much like to check on this. At the very least, let us know: Date, time (and time zone), what maps were involved, a character name (in case they want to pull account information) precise description of issue, and your region.

Excuse me? I believe three or four people may have been blocked (none were banned) for crude language, harassment, etc. I could get the details from the GMs, but that's the sum total of the matter, and that would hardly be considered a "monster ban" and blocks and account actions have nothing whatever to do with what is being described here.

thanks for the help gaile. and im sure that yall didnt go through and roll back individual accounts. but this is not a display issue.

ill explain what happened in detail. i warped into the monestary. i went to the board walk and purched 15k worth of tickets, leaving me with 5g only on my toon. then i stood in one of the corner rings of the 9 ring game. i checked in every couple of hours to check my progress/make sure i still i had enough tickets. my title had increased around 23,000 tickets won from about 9,000 at the start to around 32,000. i still had plenty of tickets left, so i turned the monitor off and went to sleep. why i came back in the moring, i was logged out the the char select screen. when i logged back on the toon in question, i had no tickets in my inventory, had 15k on my toon, and the title was back to just below 9,000 tickets won.

if this was a graphical glitch, i would of not have gotten the cash back. it set me back to the same amount of cash i had when i started playing. even some items i had salvaged to make room for more tickets had reverted back to raven staffs and axes from their wood plank and steel ignot states.

it was american districts, AD25 to be specific. i started playing around 11:00 PM EST, give or take an hour or so. not sure when i kicked back to the login in screen, but i came back to the computer around 11:00 AM EST and it was there.

Thanks for these details; they are very helpful. Can you edit your post above to include the territory you're playing from (server), and, if you recall, what district you were in? (For example, you may play from Europe and have been in the French district, or from NA but have chosen the International Districts.) Thanks again.

I relogged at 10:30 pm CST and was still on when I got kicked at about 4 am...yet my guildmate, who WAS afk on the same circle, wasn't affected...I'm chalking it up to the server I was connected to...(support ticket was sent, btw, with the necessary info).

Oh well, the games go on...it's not like I'd max either Lucky/ Unlucky this event anyway.

I am with everyone that got kicked and got set back to where they was,it sucked.We must forge on with our titles don't let a little setback discurge you.I believe that it was because I was under the statuis of being offline.so when I started over I just put myself as Away.Seemed to work,Good Luck

We are on the case! This is a very mysterious issue, but we don't discount what you're reporting.

I've just spoken with the programmer on call. (Yes, just like a medical practice, we have "on call" people. ) He is going to escalate this issue to another level, because, like me, he's finding the reports of such a nature to assume there has been some sort of very-real issue that has caused these odd things to happen.

Now, here's how you can help! Give the Programmers who will be reading this thread the following information:

Character Name:
Territory (Europe, NA, etc):
District(s) and/or Maps in which this happened:
What changed -- a loss of tickets? title gains? XP? Sold items reappeared? :
Time (with time zone) and Date:
Any other details you'd like to provide:

I find that giving a bullet-point list is very helpful as the team reads your reports, so if you don't mind, that would be really great! We really need the character name, because we cannot research the matter without it. If you're too shy to provide that in the forum, you can PM me. (But it'll be more efficient here, if you would to so here.)

I'll get back with you as soon as I have more information to share, and thanks for your patience as we get to the bottom of this matter!

I was reverted back to 32k, instead of 21k. I spent 11k on tickets and I lost any progress I had towards that when I got kicked to the character log screen. Basically I went back to where I was at 12:30a.m last night before I went to bed, instead of being where I should have been..had I not been kicked off. I went back to where I was, before I spent that 11k on tickets.

I logged off at about 12:30a.m CST I would say not exactly sure but it was around that, so that would be this morning.

I find it kind of odd, but I was up a long time and slept a long time, so I'm not sure when I got kicked off..it says last I was logged on was a day ago, but I was on at 12:30a.m last night for sure. I also had my character status on away.

Could I please have the character name involved? Oh, as were you AFK? Did you status say "Online" or do you recall? Just looking for any details that the programmers can use to detect the issue.

Yeah, I had the same thing happen to me like ss1986v2. I played a bit on my ele before I went to bed last night, then bought a few thousand tickets, and went afk in Shing Jea dist 1(American) around ~6:00pm or so. I woke up this morning with the login screen up, and so got back on, and found all my progress was was gone, like I had never afk'd a minute. I even had some rares that I had merched previously were back on my toon, and the cash I spent on the tickets was back in my inventory.

It made me very sad :/

Anyways, some details:
Shaban Aylomen(Monk, like it matters)
American
Shing Jea District 1(American)
Ticket loss, total reset of my account/toon that was logged in as described in my above paragraph.
Time was sometime between ~6pm Friday night and 6am (CST) Saturday morning.

If you need more details, I'll be happy to provide.

Also, on my guild screen it said I had not logged in in 20 hours, even though I was playing my ele about ~10 hours before.

Sold items reappeared? : Got my tickets back, and about 4-5 hours into the event I had used 57 Ghost-In-a-box, got them all back, I was at 42K tickets won and after the "rollback" i had only 23k tickets won,also before i went to bed i had 100k in inventory, came back and it was back in my storage.
Time (with time zone) and Date: around 5am EST, my guild leader txt me at around 6ish and said I got disconnted.
Any other details you'd like to provide: Is it possible to extend the event for what was lost (time wise)?
