So to some all of this up I will say these final few points.
1. Get your own freaking faction.
2. Don't screw with A-Net's plan for elite missions.
3. Call me an Elitist, or a jerk, or just about anything else yall want. But at least are not f***ing cheaters.

This makes no sense sure way to go TC and all other alliances but to make the elite mission available to anyone is ridiculous. IT IS NO LONGER A ELITE MISSION. Im not saying access should only be limmitted to one alliance but people who didnt earn any faction and didnt do anything are getting access to the mission. Me personally i want to earn access to the elite mission. Its something to strive for not just some normal mission. I am very dissapointed.

its still just as elite, the fact that you can get in there is moot, the real challenge comes from being able to actually beat it. that's not just gonna happen with any ol' PUG.

But that makes no sense wat did they do wrong. Im Confused? Im pretty sure they played the game the way it was supposed to be. They worked hard and gained faction and control of cavalon. And they earned there access into cavalon. Now ppl are just going in that didnt do anything. Sure tc go and do the mission but dont let everyone in. Its not elite now. makes no sense

That's just going on the assumption that it's called an 'elite' mission because of an 'elite' requirement to get in. It seems like half the GW population assumed this. See how easy it is to lead people around with vagueness and ambiguity?

I think this has been said before, but if Anet only wanted alliance members in it, they would have built it that way. Have you ever tried to take a Factions character into a pre-Lions Arch Prophecies mission? It won't let you go, it says "party contains a member of a disallowed campaign." They could have built a similar restriction into 'elite' missions, but they didn't.

Its no longer an elite mission? of course it is since its hard to beat. Grinding away like mindless automatons to actually get to it, is not elite in my opinion.

I think that TC have taken a nice initiative and this should continue. I dont know anyone in TC and neither do I know anyone in Blackblades. But from the rant by the sasori guy below (learn grammar & how to spell), I dont get a very good impression of the Blackblades.

well it kind of seems like communism now. Some ppl work harder then others(ex.earning faction) but all have the same equal oppurtunity(access to the deep). Im not saying the whole idea of one alliance only having access to elite missions is the best, but at least they(tc,blackblades and previous alliances holding cavalon) worked hard to earn there way in

ANet chose to make it possible to let other people in. If you disagree with the controlling alliance allowing other people to get into the mission, then do something about it. Go out and EARN THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE CITY AND DO WHAT YOU THINK IS RIGHT.

I think this is the kind of balance that ANet intended - if alliances are going to hog the missions, then players are going to help other alliances take it away. If most people don't want to have easy access to the missions, then they will help other alliances that won't give away access take control.

Just like a democracy, the people get to choose.

First of all, no person has donated to the alliance in the way that has been suggested. We have earned every bit of our faction. Personally I'm at 490k donated to The Crusaders.

Oh and to who made that post above: because we let people in to the DEEP we are OBVIOUSLY fags...because you know letting people into the deep OBVIOUSLY controls your gender preference. *sarcasm*

If you guys are so bitter dont play the mission. If ANET truely only wanted alliance members to play...then they wouldnt have added the ability for party members to get into the deep, just alliance members.

Oh and another thing...If black blades are so nice, genuine and true, why are their own members afraid of not gaining 5k faction a day, accidently letting someone into the deep, or selling an item for money. Come on, alliance members shouldnt be living in fear of their guild.

Oh and by the way, we are running a contest within our alliance- one of the reasons we are massivly farming.

All in all- dont be bitter, its just a game, you still get access to the deep, how is more people doing the same mission going to ruin your experiance? Oh no! you wont get more drops than usual, if you care about that you're just greedy, we actually care about the community.

I went to bed last night assuming I'd never get the opportunity to experience the elite missions. Today I log on and find that a coalition of gamers has banded together to wrest control of Cavalon and open its elite mission to everyone. Quite frankly I am in awe of your achievement and am extremely grateful that, through your efforts, I might have a chance to experience this game content that I most certainly never would have otherwise. My hat is off to every member that contributed to The Crusaders' marvelous run.

I'm glad someone from the Black Blades responded with such immaturity. Shows where you guys are at GG! To put up some sort of a response to all this, to those that think the "elite" is taken out of the mission try to take a PUG in there and I bet you won't get past room 3 if that far.

On the note of the Black Blades, how did we cheat I'm wondering? To my knowledge at 11:00 update we haden't gotten any contributions but had gotten 1 mil ourselves between 8 guilds. You guys had gotten right around 300k or so there's part of your reason why you lost. Between me an one other person we almost matched your entire alliances contribution. Also, what about your elitist attitude and ridiculing a guild that wanted to join your alliance only a day before then deciding to take them after you found out we we're going to get them and Cavalon.

After responding to this thread last night an "ambassador" from your alliance talked to us about why all the hate. In which we said there was none and was all in fun I mean afterall, this is a game right? We thought we came to an agreement that there would be no hostilities between us but look what happens. You jump on here calling us cheaters, I've taken members from your alliance into the deep showing that we aren't discriminating only to be called names by them when they get there and basically you guys trying to do whatever you can to get your monopoly back.

While I don't knock you for being upset that you lost the capital (we were upset when we lost the two guilds) why resort to childish behavior? We just worked harder than you did and added our last 2 slots of guilds when it was time. Now that we have more or less a "community" capital we're the bad guys? How so? We were just a core group of people that had one common goal: to get Cavalon and make it enjoyable by all. Sorry it didn't work out for you to have a strangle hold on Cavalon forever. Now if you'll excuse me I need to both let more people in and do faction so we can keep this city open to the public.
