My alliance is a disturbed one. And if you look very hard, that was actually a build. It was a hammer warrior build, with just about every skill that ends with 'blow', the some rit skills that have some sexual double meaning. Can't remember those though.

i.e. I rather use both for navigation. It mostly consists of my holding down W (usually with Ctrl and Alt at the same time so I know where everything is) while directing my character with the mouse. I use A and D (left and right) to strafe while using the mouse generally... though sometimes I'll switch to the actual strafe-keys instead (Q and E) if I'm stuck in a corner or somesuch...
Naturally this is an easier way of both controlling my view and micromanaging my character's direction and movement speed.... rather than the rather crude point-and-click mouse only method or slow and cumbersome keyboard-only method.
When I get into battle... my hands move instantly off the mouse to the keyboard, my eyes move to the health-bars and skill bar.... and it typically becomes a matter of using C or Tab to select an enemy... followed by a number key for a particular skill (and promptly pressing the key for the next skill while the first is activating... etc). I NEVER click on the skills with the mouse... and it is fairly rare that I select enemies with the mouse either. While this is happening I usually get a few moments of skill activation time to switch hand back to the mouse and get a look around..... see if there are any priority targets I didn't catch in the initial view... check how my heroes / henchies are doing.... etc.
... Which reminds me... sometimes I don't just charge in at all... and just Ctrl + Shift + Space to direct my Heroes to attack first... [prevents me being the first target of all the enemy anti-melee hexes and whatnot]
... Oh... and I rarely ever use Esc to cancel action... nor any other "cancel action" button; I just tap one of the direction buttons and take a step, since skills can't activate while moving.
After battle, I typically press Semi-Colon to target the nearest item and Space to get it, or if I don't want that, I have "next item" mapped to apostrophe right next to it. (If any americans aren't familiar with the British keyboard layout..... tough).

You & I seem to have very similar play styles...Sir SotiCoto (btw your name always reminds me of my kitty SoCo been meaning to mention that!)
Navigation method? Check.
Attack method & Skill-by-numbers? Check.
Anti-Esc? Check.
Loot Target? Check. (btw, I'm american and i've never seen a keyboard that didn't have the '/" key next to the ;/: so I don't think anyone's going to be confused by that.)
Personally, I'm playing on a laptop with a touchpad & hmm...what is the proper name for that little red dot between my B, G, & H? (I typically call it a nipple ...we'll see if that word gets me a goredengine or not...I'm going to risk it since I'm not being inappropriate about it). I tend to hit R or doubletap my W, right click & steer with my "red dot." I know I could just hook up a mouse, but I've been using this laptop for the past three years, been playing Halo since I got it & been playing GW since beta on it...I'm used to it. Mouses (er, mice?) are "icky" to me now...I feel clumsy when I use them and I often wind up doing things that get me killed if I have to use a regular computer to play. Aside from my "red dot navigation" I'm primarily a keyboard player though.
Except when I monk...then my mouse is over the party members window, ready to target a new player, while I've got my [ ] buttons set to scroll between party members as well so if someone is just one player away I'll tap a ] and if it's further I'm more likely to twitch my mouse & click. All I can say is when this laptop fries & I get a desktop to replace it, you aren't going to want me healing your team, because it's going to take me a long time to get used to using a mouse again!

Maybe the cat shouldn't be allowed to play while drinking.
I operate WASD and some other keys in range with my left hand, and the right one's on the mouse. Except when typing.
I kind of can only type one letter at a time.

Mostly use the keyboard. Like West and tenshi, I use 1-5 on the keyboard but click on the skillbar for 6-8 due to them being hard to reach.
Other than that I'm all keyboard except:
-Targeting NPCs
-Specific targets if the mob is too large to waste time tabbing through
-Some pulling and running from enemies
-Picking up items
-Manipulating stuff like levers
While moving in towns, I hold down ALT usually to find an NPC from afar. Then I click their name and let my character run to them. Similar thing for explorable areas. I usually use C and TAB, though if I, say, want to know what kind of enemies are ahead or how close I am to more enemies, I use CTRL.
Random Fact: In rollerbeetle racing I tend to keep on autorun and steer with the right mouse button. Just feels better than WASD in racing conditions.
