Logged on today and was going to try some bonding with my monk. Looked to get my Rajazans fervor off my necro and its not there. Looked around everywhere for it and couldn't find it. Thought no more of it, thought I must have got rid of it.

Just went on my warrior to check for my Fiery Gladius i'm supposed to be selling on these forums, and coincidently this has gone missing also. 99% Sure i've been hacked. I've been on all my accounts, checked all the storage, and checked all the heroes. Finally get something good, things look up and then you get hacked and thrown back into the dumps.

Closing this, as the community can neither aid you in handling hacked account issues, and are far more likely to end up in a flamefest.

For support, please check out the appropriate plaync support site for your region and check their database for help, and file a ticket if you feel it will aid you.

In advance, I must warn you, policy is, if I recall correctly, that lost, deleted, or stolen items will not be restored.

Beyond that, your best bet is to go through general security measures to ensure that account security is not being compromised on your end. Keylogger trojans and phishing are major sources of this.
Changing your account password and e-mail, if possible, from a known secure system would be ideal while you sort this out.
