I'm not sure I understand your question.

I believe this is the first time a Pre-release was available on the online store (if it's not, I feel stupid waiting for GameStop to get it).

The Eye of the North pre-release and the Bonus Mission Pack are not mutually exclusive: if you buy the pre-release on the Online Store, the $5 will go to your Bonus Mission credit.
