Are you getting lag in other games? If not, it's unlikely it's Telstra. I know I'm not having any problems with them anymore. There's a lot of connections between you and Arenanets severs.

I dont play other games online, only LAN; however my browser experience is horrid. I lose connection to the exchange at least 3 times an evening, without any fiddling on my part.
Losing connection might not sound like that big a deal; however I am paying 110 dollars a month for this supposedly wonderful service.
