Arena.net released a FAQ for the Bonus Mission Pack

Yes, you can. All purchases made through either the Guild Wars In-Game Store or the PlayNC Store from noon Pacific Time on July 5, 2007 through noon Pacific Time on October 31, 2007 are added together. Once you meet the required amount, the bonus missions will be yours and you'll get access once the missions go live in November.

WARNING: a crucial detail isn't mentioned in the FAQ!

The PlayNC store offers "PaySafeCard" as a payment option, which is a prepaid card available in a handful of European countries.
This would be a nice move towards non credit card owners, if there wasn't another problem:
-according to the press release GW:EN will cost 35Euros
-to buy GW:EN a buyer would need to get a 50Euro card
-there seems to be nothing else GW related to buy for the remaining 15Euros in the PlayNC shop (Character slots or Game of the Year upgrade aren't listed)

Gaile: can you please ask PlayNC, if they could add character slots & the GotY upgrade to the store?
...i don't really want to waste 15Euros on horse bets, lottery tickets or ringtones

What items are rewarded for the missions obtained through the Bonus Mission Pack?

We are not going to release that information because we would like to surprise players with the rewards.

I like surprises
