I'm not complaining. I think the new system is great! I imagine it will start to slow down at some point and fewer people will be maxing out titles. But I don't have a crystal ball, so who knows?

This new system is great now no one has a monopoly on favor.

I think some complain for the sake of complaining while others are complaining because now everyone has a chance.

The new system rocks. PvE content controlled by PvE actions who would have thunk it.

Wait til GW:EN, less people doin the grind titles because there will be something to do, Less people getting the legendary titles because there more things there have to do to get it. i suspect favor will drop this weekend, cause i doubt any of the gwen titles can be max in one weekend no mater how hard core, except for mb a glitch.

You know what i find funny is when they changed it, alot of people said we'd never have favor because not that many people go for titles.

I like this new system cause it gives us all a better view on how many people play this game.

I think that there is one factor that has been forgotten in this whole discussion. There are a large number of students out there that are on summer vacation, and most likely more time on their hands then they normally would have, so maxing out titles is most likely happening at a much faster rate right now then it would when they are in school. For all those saying that we have infinate favor, I suggest revisiting this thread towards the end of september when school is back in full swing.

I dont care what they do with favor if ectos stay at 5.5. If a-et would just fix them there already and accept they are currency

. Wither remove SS and LB titles or rework the system completly this is a miscalculation on a-nets part.

Anyways, I couldn't care less what gives us favor and in which amount. Any time I wanted to fool around in the FoW, we had favor, so there's no difference to me.
btw, would be nice if they still showed what region won halls.

in case you havent noticed it when you try to take something away the scream is much louder than when they were trying to get it in the first place.

Loviatar, my favorite stalker, as may others have stated, if it's Anet's intention to keep uw/fow perma open, then just remove favor altogether. I'm fine with that -- at least then we know their intentions and they are being honest about it, rather than this pointless charade of tying titles into it and announcing it to everyone.

and as for Anet constantly adjusting the minutes and/or title tiers for favor, you and I both know Anet has failed at balancing that initially and doesn't have the manpower to update these arbitrary figures on a timely basis.

As for a system that makes sense, is fair, and maintains some sort specialness to uw/fow and a fair relevance to ectos/shards, I'm sure there's a suggestion thread (or ten) that have laid out some very good ideas.

Some of us didn't like waiting a month to be able to play FoW. I like the current changes to the favor system and couldn't give a crap about how it effects the precious ecto/shard market. I just want something fun to do every now and then. FoW is fun, and i'd rather not wait up until 2am when America finally gets favor in HA to be able to play it. Just pretend it's permanently open if you want, but please stop the bitching already.

Thank goodness the people on this forum are just a loud minority.

The only acceptable thing to complain about, IMO, is that once GW2 comes out, favor will probably be very rare, so hopefully they edit it to make it easier then.
